I understand, it's okay! Money is tight these days, and everything is just so expensive.
Still, I would keep your Vita, for now. A PS3 isn't worth it in 2024 because there are so many newer, better options. Your best bet is to do some research online and try to save money where you can to buy a new console or PC.
I would recommend to keep that. The vita is much better to own and is sort after. Collectors mistake if you do. But then again you might just want to play.
If your Vita is in great condition you can sell it for a really good price. Many people want to own one.
I’d say get a PS4 instead. It will hold up way longer than the PS3. Games still release on it as of right now, and online multiplayer works with current-gen consoles. Used OG models go for cheap now ($60-$100)
The PS3 isn’t a bad option if you’re not that serious about gaming, but I still think getting a PS4 is the smarter decision. ~$120 might be a bit over your budget, but it will be a good investment on the long run. After you sell your Vita, saving up a dollar on dollar for some time should get you there.
But you do you, whatever you think is right
Keep the. It’s and save up for the PS3. Defs wait to buy a Switch/games for it. Like the other post say: They’re expensive rn for the mainline games. I usually check out the pawn shops, resale stores and retro game stores for games I really wanna play. But only buy the mainline games if it’s something I’ve been waiting for
Keep your Vita, save up, and buy yourself a PS5 or the new Switch when it releases later this year or next year.
Nah im broke (and i dont have a job)

Thanks man!
You are very welcome! Let me know what you choose to buy.
If you don't have money then don't buy a switch. Games are expensive
Keep the vita, save up and buy a PS3; DO NOT buy a switch, games are too expensive, even 8 year old games are still 60 usd
Keeping Vita and saving money for new device.

To not sell
Don’t sell the vita. Try and save for the PS3. It’s a great console and there are some amazing games available nowhere else
Honestly, keep the vita, maybe hack it. Wait and save for another console
I'd suggest you step into the 21st century
