Every small victory counts. I decided to try putting together corned beef with all the side stuff in a crock pot at once. I'm pretty sure it's going to come out fucked up but hey.. nothing ventured..

I accidentally used chicken broth for this instead if beef, and it was still good, yours will be good too 😋

SUPER easy, crock pot or insta pot, get u some pot roast, get whatever seasonings u like, get some veggies, I used carrots. Celery, potatoes, and onions. Literally throw it all into the same pot with some beef stock, I accidentally used chicken in this one but u couldn't tell, and slow cook for 8-9 hours. Don't even have to touch it. I stir occasionally and season to taste 🤗
