Nothing, and I mean nothing, will ever top the power pirate award of the Millennium. Rental house and the service line is disconnected at the pole for non payment. Tenant gets someone off Craigslist to reconnect it. Power company discovers this and cuts the service line in the middle of the street. Tenant goes back on Craigslist and gets someone to use the phone line ( flat black dual lead ) to be the new service line. They used a crude jumper to the meter base.
