As a maintenance electrician, I will cut off every one of those zip ties the first time I open that panel. They look good during construction but make it a pain in the ass for tracing circuits.

Looks good to me, but I've never seen those wire colors used in a panel before, what's the reasoning?
240/415v I think is what this color is. Used some in a data center

That's how almost every home on germany is supplied, 230/400V 50Hz at 35-50 amps. Older homes are 63A three phase or single phase 230V 25A.
This looks like an ATS, possibly? I know the ones we get from Generac come with a bunch of colored wires already terminated in.
