Looks good to me, but I've never seen those wire colors used in a panel before, what's the reasoning?

mxguy762

240/415v I think is what this color is. Used some in a data center

xx-PeeDub-xx

yes, you are correct i’m currently working at a facebook data center, ( this is a lighting control panel as well )

DaffyDingo

Interesting. Never heard of 240/415V. Is it fairly new?

DragonfruitLive19

Getting more common, biggest issue is that there's usually higher fault current since you skip a transformer that's usually required. You can read more here: https://www.missioncriticalmagazine.com/ext/resources/MC/Home/Files/PDFs/Emerson-Proper_Application.pdf

Schwarzi07

That's how almost every home on germany is supplied, 230/400V 50Hz at 35-50 amps. Older homes are 63A three phase or single phase 230V 25A.

Velvety_MuppetKing

This looks like an ATS, possibly? I know the ones we get from Generac come with a bunch of colored wires already terminated in.

rc2805

Looks good, somebody will find something I’m sure….oh wait clip the tails of you wire ties!!

Commonslob

Purple Pink Brown? What voodoo is this? Looks good by the way

hatemenoww

Looks like...a panel..

Danjeerhaus

Extra breakers or wire just not installed?

Otherwise-Music-4970

Definitely not lutron

XivTillIDie

My wee wee stiffened up

As a maintenance electrician, I will cut off every one of those zip ties the first time I open that panel. They look good during construction but make it a pain in the ass for tracing circuits.

No extra wire at any breaker. Good for instagram, not the next guy.

Gandalve34

God I love thorough work. Nice job

MrPoopsack

Ok, I’m going to be the asshole. Why do people keep posting their new panel pics? Like, congrats on doing the easiest part of our jobs. I’d be more impressed if you said you did 20 panels like this today. I’m going to start posting pics of receptacles and plates I put in level.
