I doubt that you will find all of those keycaps in one set. There are plenty sets containing all (or almost all) of the 1u keycaps you need, but 2u...
You can find some keycap sets for Ergodox on Aliexpress, but they contain printed keycaps only with letters if I'm not mistaken. You can buy white keycaps without text on AliExpress and write on them whatever you need e.g. with a permanent marker, using a stencil with letters.
I'm afraid you'll have to learn positions of the corresponding keys. In Oryx, there's a built-in training module which can help you. Or do you want those keycaps just for aesthetics?

i'm building an ergodox-like (redox actually) keyboard and have this same need! seems like everywhere I look they either have the sets sold out, or the keycap choices are pretty bland. I'm trying to avoid getting blanks but maybe I should take the plunge, I don't know. even then it seems choices are limited.
I'd hate to have to buy like 3 or 4 of the same set just to get 2-4 extra keys that I need (the 1.25u and 1.5u are the main problems). I need six 1.5u and ten 1.25u. And also I'd like it to be low profile (DSA is good, no OEM or Cherry Profile).
