I can definitely find myself in this comment, though instead of drawing you’ll find me making some 3D game art instead. (I don’t really have a console to play on but I do have a laptop so I’ll play on that instead)

When I’m home alone like that I honestly just love the peace and quiet. My parents are so loud. They always have the TV on even if they’re not watching it. My stepdad is a constant complainer and malingerer about EVERYTHING. So when I’m home alone I have the TV off and I just sit in the living room reading magazines, drawing, or listening to the birds outside that I normally can’t hear because of background noises. Whatever you decide to do- ENJOY YOURSELF!

That sounds so peaceful. I have those typical full volume on phones parents they haven't discovered headphones yet. And their tone is generally loud too. Some quietness sitting with my thoughts sounds like a blast.

I have 3 roommates so it doesn't happen often but when they all leave I love dressing up putting on an apron and doing a whole lot of cooking. My dress and petticoats swishing and spinning around while I switch from stove to sink to cuttingboard makes me extremely happy and satisfied.
