The Summoning
First track of the game you hear as the title screen. To this day it still fills me with this feeling I can not describe. I listen to it and it feels like I’ve created a link to my present self to the past.
The Otherworld is my favorite one but Suteki Da Ne is one I always tune to, it's such an important song to the game, really evocative of it's themes and Yuna's struggles.
Tho, same can be said about The Otherworld. It starts sounding like just some raw heavy metal until you read the lyrics, i love how every song tells a deeper story and nuances than you'd think.
I guess the same can be said about any other FF.
Servants of the Mountain is probably my favorite track in the game. You can really feel the desolation and desperation as you climb the peak and understand how many summoners’ Pilgrimages have ended on this icy unforgiving pass. Imagine the devastation of dying right before reaching the conclusion of your life’s journey, all you’ve been working for just to end up a frozen corpse on a mountain along with people who tried their best to protect you, usually close family and friends as Guardians almost always are. The pain of that driving your unsent soul into becoming a fiend and repeating the cycle for another underprepared Summoner’s party. I really do think the music for this section of Yuna’s journey fit so perfectly. Of course the rest of the OST is magnificent but this is a track that while not being tied to a tearjerkingly beautiful iconic cutscene still manages to deliver a whole lot of emotion in just scenery, music, and world building implication.

The Ending Theme. It compiles a pilgrimage's memories into one song - the people, friends, and even enemies that were met along the way, the sadness and desperation of needing to save someone, and the bittersweet goodbye.

There is also a very specific arrangement of To Zanarkand from, a big collection. I forget what game. It's a small section of a nearly 15-minute track. It was definitely up there when I first heard it.
I also really like Ru's Piano's and Pan's Piano's covers of the pieces.
There are sooo many, it’s so hard to choose one… but, even though it’s not my favorite track overall, I think I’ll just Calm Before The Storm (first plays in the Kilika Woods). It is just the most relaxing to me overall. Besaid Island is damn close though.
