I miss the first year of this game, not the bugs and crashes, but the relentless revenge nukes because there was no other content after finishing the main quest other than grind events. Lots of fun memories.
The mortar camps, it was a beautiful time to be a raider. Your camp being a mobile mortar blueprint with crafting stations...I remember this well..unhinged pvp wrecking homes ruining fo lives...
Camps used to disintegrate so fast with wrecking ball and a two shot exploding flamer. Pick on my low level friend starting their first character? Team pvp has consequences.
Played with someone who was having trouble with a random player. They were newly lvl 5 and just doing the basic setup a camp stuff and every time they got the base set up, this guy would blow it up and often killed them. Friends and I launched a nuke on this guy's base, and then partied on the charred remains of his camp.
It was justice. Once, a long time ago, a high level player dropped a symptomatic tube plan for me. Another player ran in and snatched it up. I was just a newbie and didn't know how to do anything. Where do we get the idea that punishment has to be fair.
Good for you.
Oooh, is that why there is no blast area circle when launches are aimed down there? I just came back to FO76 within the last month and I'm getting ANXIETY when I don't see the blast zone warning
Yeah that's why. I have my camp down there and it's great never having to worry about getting nuked.
One thing that kinda sucks is I'm trying to farm flux for jet packs and hardly anyone nukes the rest of the map now. Guess I'll have to learn how to launch a nuke.
Hey that's me, I was just about to waste time finding finding a fat man thinking a mini nuke would do the job. Guess I'll play that "I Have Become Death" quest I've been sitting on since, based on the name, must mean I'm close to be able to use these Silo Code pieces that expire every week. Thanks for the accidental tip!
EDIT: Welp looks like Death from Above from another player completed that mission for me. I suppose it will come back or there's another way.
The forest and the new area. You can check yourself by going to launch and it will block you from launching in most of the Forrest and the new area just eats it and starts an event
It destroys everything that's breakable. But you can just rebuild it all by clicking on the CAMP device. When I was new I built my camp near Watoga. It would get destroyed all the time by creatures.
It got annoying after a while, but honestly I didn't think it was a big deal to repair
Have one there, usually turned off, one day I forgot to switch it, got there and was like "oh, my walls are destroyed again" 😂
When you had camp in that area repairing isn't even annoying anymore just another day.
Man, I had a camp right next to New Gad for a while and I got annoyed by mutants shooting at my BoS armory w their piddling ARs. I can’t imagine the annoyance of constant scorchbeasts and nukes trashing your camp all the time.
Unless you have those items that need specific things you don’t carry, like crops, boiled water or certain flowers, and now ammo, I guess. Then you look at the repair bill, sigh and go on fetch quests.
I think I may have done this to someone by mistake. I was at the Whitespring Mall the other day, and on the ground there was a paper bag of 300+ .45 rounds. Just out of instinct since I typically played 1st Private Servers for most of my 76 experience at that point, I swooped in and grabbed it.
I was only at level 70, and no one reacted one way or another, but after I left the mall I realized that I probably stole someone's much needed ammo.
So if there was someone at the Mall playing on PS who had their .45 ammo stolen from them, I sincerely apologize for my rude shenanigans. If we cross paths again, I will happily give you back your ammo and some other goodies.
If nobody is around to claim it, or nobody cared to say anything it would rightfully be yours. The WS Mall is a great place for players to unload all sorts of unwanted items for space or weight management. I believe you are in the clear on this one.
Yeah, if nobody is around it‘s probably for you. I once found a bag with 2 legendary guns right in front of the Rusty Pick. I looked around, nobody there. I opened the map, nobody within three miles. And iirc when it‘s somebody’s bag of death the game shows you „Steal from ….“ in red letters. So I picked them up and walked right to the legendary exchange machine for my first few scrips at level 27 or so.
Isn‘t the junk and especially the legendaries just for members of that event? Or do you mean, players are dropping their legendaries when they are overencumbered even right in front of the door of the Rusty Pick?
If you don't loot a body and you leave after about 15 minutes the loot will drop on the ground unbagged as the bodies despawn, and anyone can grab them.
This can actually be used to get SS armour without the plan, someone with the plan gets a piece of SS in a drop and if they don't loot it you can wait until the body disappears and it will drop to the ground.
Had half a set of SS armour before buying the plans from people not looting bodies during meat week.
But also yea alot of us are dropping bags of 30 3 star legendaries in the rusty pick and whitespring just to drop weight and share.
I often drop legendaries when I max my turn in for the day and have no room to store. I do a ton of events everyday and the legendaries add up. I'll find a low level player and start dumping gifts.
I have the same approach, I *could* unload them for junk caps, but I'd much rather leave a loot bag in front of an exchange machine and generate fake karma points in my head.
I dumped over 3,000 10mm on the ground at the Morgantown airport once. It was kinda funny watching a group of lower levels swarm it, especially since they actually shared. Two of them had SMGs, which is why I'd dropped the ammo in the first place, but they only took a few hundred each.
I drop a lot of shit either at Whitesprings Mall or Nukaworld On Tour if I'm doing a lot of Expeditions and the like, no map change to get to everything
Or someone with 1st cleaning their ammo box because it's a shame those bullets go unused and sure .45 sells semi-easy but its heavy in the vendor for 1 cap each. Basically someone who said "hey someone else use/throw this away".
Someone could have just dropped the ammo bc they didn't want it. you don't drop ammo when you die, so if it's just sitting there with no one around and it's not junk, it was probably purposely dropped
Good to know! I'm still learning the ins and outs out the community as I break open my shell from online games in general. Overall, my fellow dwellers have been fantastic to play alongside!
True! Death bags only have junk in them. If it is a weapon, armor, or ammo, they had to drop it on purpose. Legendaries are in those categories. Anything not classified as junk
This is possible in no man's sky. There's always someone just dropping stuff into your inventory, and you can't even say thanks, cause you just don't know (at least when I played). It's a cool community as well, that one.
Don't worry about that. There's a point where if you collect ammo off every baddie you kill? You end up with so much ammo for a particular gun type it is just maddening.
I dump 1,000's of rounds on the regular, because I just pick up 1,000's of rounds... on the regular.
Exactly. I mean, there is a warning that pops everytime a nuke is launched that tells you to look at the map to see if you're in the blast zone lol. It shouldn't ever catch anybody by surprise.
Moment I see a nuke launch, I check the map to see where it's headed.
That said, I'm also not a dickhole that antagonizes people to the point that they'd want to nuke my camp specifically (at least, I don't \*think\* I am - I try to be neighborly).
Relative newbie here since I haven't played for a while: how come I cannot see the nuke radius when someone drops a nuke on the new NW titan? An I missing something?
it's getting caught in the storm
the circle on the map shows the fallout zone around the nuke; the nuke doesn't land, so no fallout zone
there absolutely needs to be SOME kind of icon or something though
Aah thanks! Yes I was quite confused because after heading to NW I appeared to be in a rad/nuke zone since the lobby is bathed in orange, but no rads actually being taken. Being swept up by the storm makes sense. Cheers!
Nope, nuking anywhere in the new area will trigger the event so if you hear the warning but don't see a circle anywhere on the map, get ready to fight 3 big ass robots lol
I was going to make a joke about making one of my camps the destroyed version of the same camp at the same location, just to screw with nukers, but that makes me wonder if I could design an ever-shifting maze house with four camps stacked on top of each other and switching between them.
I usually want to get killed so I can get the wanted tag off but 100% of the time I've done that it was by mistake FYI...it becomes second nature with all levels of the legendary lock pick perk to hit the button and muscle memory is a pain lol.
I sort of kind of have my utility shelter rigged up like a trap. Gotta pick a lock tier 3 lock to access, you enter a room with 4 missile launchers 2 shotgun turrets next to you and 4 MkII turrets. If you survive you are rewarded with a tour of a small collection of workbenches, a bed and a vendor I use to manage my shop from inside the shelter. I just want a place to be left alone on occasion ya know?
One time, I was leaving Earl, and I got the power armor glitch while steeping in my armor. My friend stood over my bag after I died of rads. This guy took it anyway, my loot anyway. I then messaged him on xbox and was like, "Dude, give it back, or I'll nuke your camp." he reported me to microsoft, saying i was threatening his life i was banned from chat for a week. Pissed me off something awful. Turns out he was mutual with some f076 friends of mine. That meant I could see if he was in a world. For a month, at any camp of ours he went to, we would move it so he couldn't buy from our vendors. I nuked his camp 3 times. He ended up apologizing. I doubt he will do it again. Yeah, it was a little much. But also if you can't take it don't dish it out and above all. DONT STEAL MY SCREWS.
Female wastelander here. I don't have many positive experiences with online gaming but so far, 76 has some of the nicest people around. I'm still lower level at 104 but I take every chance I can to pay it forward. It makes me happy to know that someone was upset by the theft enough to do something like this. I say bravo to you!
Perfect reaction. Before I drop anything to new players. I tell them to pick it up instantly. Then thank me later. Plus I tell new players to turn on pacifist mode. If you pick locks at camps you will become wanted.
Was concerned I stole something meant for my bf once since we play together. We were around level 20 at the time and a high level player stopped by and dropped off a power suit. We both stared at it because we didn’t know if it was for us initially. Bf told me to take it, so I did, then the guy dropped another suit for bf. Was one of the kindest but most random encounters I’ve had in a video game.
I’ve encountered nice folks in the game and a few unfriendlies but I’m always afraid I’m picking something up meant for others.
I followed a dude from server to server nuking him because he killed me and stole a nuke from me as soon as I got done with the prep in total I nuked him like 14 times throughout the day
I found that out the hard way. Was probably level 30 or so and at a player's camp. Saw the door to the safe room. It said I could pick the lock, so I did. Wandered around and left. A little while later, I'm at WS Mall in front of the legendary machine. I finish my business turn around, and there is a level 400? (Happened too fast, to be sure) in full PA. I hear PFFFFFT, and I'm toast. I'm sitting there thinking WTF just happened and why!?!?!? Didn't figure it out until a couple of weeks later.
Nope. Stealing and nuking player camps is perfectly normal ingame behavior.
Edit: I personally think stealing is not a nice thing to do and not triggering a boss fight with the nuke is kind of a wasted nuke. But if people want to steal or nuke player camps then that is none of my business.
See I think people underestimate the value of a well placed non boss nuke, creating a bunch of nuked flora and high radiation fluid dropping creatures can be quite helpful. That's the real question. Did OP aim the nuke to wipe the camp AND create a valuable nuke zone?
For future gift giving, you can setup a room in your base with a locked door to do stuff like this. Just communicate what you're doing in whatever way you can.
I am a new player. It’s people like you that I feel safe and comfortable playing this game and giving it a second try. True justice of the wasteland, Thank you Wastelander.
During an event yesterday, I stupidly died after forgetting to drop my loot off. Dude stole my MR FUZZY PENCIL. I saw him on screen crouched over my dead body by the time I got back over there my skull logo was gone and no bag on the ground. Dude just stood there while I was stabbing him and question emoting him over and over. My mic wouldn’t work but I think it was pretty obvious why I was mad. Like bro just give me the pencil back I don’t give a fuck about anything else
I'm a bit annoyed that there's no warning with the Goliaths explode. Three of us got insta-killed at the end of the event and some dude swooped in and grabbed all our dropped scrap.
I can always get more, but still, rude.
Oh man I've seen people go down at the end and people will sit in a circle trying to steal their loot when they finish the bleed out instead of reviving them.
I swoop in and stimpack everytime, frighten vultures lol
Saw a bunch of people around a fallen guy the other day, guess they were waiting to steal his loot.... I stuck him with a stimpack and the others quickly buggered off lol
To be fair, this is probably my actual second problematic encounter on Xbox so that is saying something. I feel like most people respect fallen loot, I can understand if someone mistakes it as a mystery gift but when you see ALL JUNK in a bag you know it’s someone’s life blood lol but I appreciate this warning about the Goliath’s cause that’s some bs
is there something to actually do with mr fuzzy pencils or was it going on a display spot in your camp?
also it seems like not everybody knows about camden park at all or would recognize it as a thing you had to buy with tokens
Yeah it was just for display! There’s 3 different versions and I display those and the giant Mr fuzzys in my vendor at max caps since there’s no other good way to view/display them. I get they probably didn’t know but they were also level 300+ with me at 80 and they spent a good 5 minutes looking in their inventory at what I dropped. I can laugh now but I was heated. 5 Mr fuzzy coins is at minimum 2 daily quests there for me now
I mean all things considered you didn't do anything unjustified. Ill never understand how anyone gets their camps nuked anyways. As soon as that alarm goes off I check impact zone to see where its going and I never afk while not on a private server just in case ;)
Nta, had a guy steal a gift i dropped for someone else, lucky for me one of the dailies was take over a workshop. Needless to say he had a hard time completing that one. Pretty sure he server hopped after the third unexpected death. Yes, i’m petty af.
Sometimes I'll misconstrue someone's intentions and pick up a loot bag or gift that doesn't belong to me. When I know, I always apologize and drop the things I wasn't supposed to take. Mistakes happen. But this other player got exactly what they deserved, in my opinion
Also, I once was testing out some turrets in one of my shelters. At the time, I was new and didn't know what trap camps were. This poor higher level player got into my shelter and unfortunately died. I was away on mission when he showed up. When I got back, my camp was nuked and there was a dropped loot bag sitting in front of my turrets. I immediately removed the turrets, learned about trap camps and what I was doing was wrong. It's been over a year since I learned this lesson, but if that player is still out there, I never got to say I'm sorry and give your stuff back. And also thank you for the tough love you gave. It stuck.
I assassinated the last guy that stole something I was giving to someone else. Found his camp, snuck onto it with stealth armor, stuck in a corner until he got out of his power armor to craft, one sneak attack crit with a black powder rifle and goodnight. Bro never saw it coming 😴
Not even a question.
Someone intentionally raced to steal a present, opted to respond rudely, then leave.
If pvp weren't toggle-able, I'd hunt them till they quit that server.
I've accidentally been nuked. It wasn't a big deal. My camp spawned right as the blast happened. I remember standing there wondering wtf just happened. My camp was still there. Nothing to fix. Lots of radiation, though.
Interestingly enough, I think that weather machine thing I have cleared it up within a few minutes... not sure, and I don't care to test it, but it's possible.
You still have his name? We can run a 3 silo hit- jk
Nah you did a fair throwback. Sheepsquatch costume is hard to come by. I have YET to get it and another hat. You did good.
I had a similar situation with a higher lvl guy and when I asked "wtf?" He just gave the ? Emoji and walked off. After eading this, I should have done the exact same thing. He was over lvl 100 and should have known better.
You did nothing wrong.
Proportionate response has always been a cornerstone of justice since the Code of Hammurabi, and is an essential part of the Geneva Convention. Of course, Geneva doesn’t exist any more, so just do whatever feels good.
Once upon a time you could glitch the ammo mill and place it unrestricted in your camp.
Back in those days I rained fire on any camp I found exploiting that.
Fuckem.
Had a guy steal stuff I crafted for a friend. Normally, at his camp, I just drop him nuke mines cuz not many people go there. Guy runs up and steals the 6 I made. We asked for them back and he was just shooting at us and saying the usual gamer trash. My buddy went to a station he claimed and took it over while I nuked his camp. After that, I said, "Keep the mines."
Destroy his crops too, make sure you become the plague for his lands, make him realize the error of his ways, like Joshua Graham did with salt-upon-wounds
I nuked someone for kicking me off a team without a good explanation. Then placed a fake camp next to their teammate’s camp so when they inevitably nuked me back, they’d hit their teammates camp as well.
I've nuked a camp because I was helping out 2 low levels, 60k shotgun shells stolen from one by the other, same instance: negative emote and teleported away...... too bad your camp couldn't teleport away from not one but THREE nukes (thanks to the help of 2 friends)
I tend to lure away gift recipients to somewhere a little more private -- just 20 steps or so -- if there is a likelihood of other players snagging gifts.
Nah, I nuked someone's base because they were being extra annoying with their cremator. Not just annoying by spamming and killing everything, but deliberately shooting at people constantly and blinding everyone.
This game really is perfect. Most interactions are thoroughly wholesome, but if you betray the accepted norms of kindness and sharing, we will nuke you and you will be lucky if you only get one round.
100% valid i did the same for my dropped loot. died at the end of an nuke event dude took it all i was nice at first, but he was not, so then i proceeded to troll him then nuked him...Also he looked like hitler so i felt it was all even more valid.
Good job. The 76 community is one of the nicest, coolest, most helpful gaming communities that I've ever been a part of. When a jerkoff does a jerkoff thing, then they should get what they deserve. This isn't COD.
Three's a crowd. If I see interaction happening between two players, I stay away. Swooping in like that is a predatory act. Baby birds gotta learn some etiquette.😆
This is a very wasteland response. You steal a gift? I will unleash nuclear fire on your wooden shack. Don't steal.
Damn right!
NTA new guy FAFO appropriate response
I miss the first year of this game, not the bugs and crashes, but the relentless revenge nukes because there was no other content after finishing the main quest other than grind events. Lots of fun memories.

I have nuked camps for way more petty reasons. He deserved it.
Lmao I nuked a guys camp cause it was too cluttered and I kept getting hung up on floor decor
Wha- why even hang out if it's ugly lol
Played with someone who was having trouble with a random player. They were newly lvl 5 and just doing the basic setup a camp stuff and every time they got the base set up, this guy would blow it up and often killed them. Friends and I launched a nuke on this guy's base, and then partied on the charred remains of his camp.
But the gift wasn't to HIM it was to someone else and he stole it?
Yes, and OP nuked the camp of the person who stole the gift OP was trying to give to the other player. Wasteland justice!
Oh I completely agree. I thought you were saying the opposite that it was a "gift" so who cares if he stole it lol.
Yes. This is the way it should be done.
It was justice. Once, a long time ago, a high level player dropped a symptomatic tube plan for me. Another player ran in and snatched it up. I was just a newbie and didn't know how to do anything. Where do we get the idea that punishment has to be fair. Good for you.
If the punishment isn’t fair than it’s a never ending cycle of vengeance at least if the punishment is equal their is closure
NTA. Dude stole something that obviously wasn't meant for him. Actions have consequences.
Now he's sitting at his computer, wondering if that sheepsquatch costume was worth the material it's gonna cost to fix his house back up
What does nuking someone’s camp do
What do you think? Tiny wooden shack vs a several Megaton bomb
Are there any safe areas from nukes?
The new area is safe. The weather machine stops the nukes from reaching the ground and activates the robot boss fight.
I know some people are still needing to nuke Monongah mine. That's been about the only place I've seen nuked since the update.
The discord posts the nuke codes btw
If you're grouped with another player that launches a nuke it will complete that quest for you...and you get none of the rewards for it.
Higher level players usually sell flux fair cheap. Just do a couple server hops :)
Most of the forest (starting area around vault 76) is covered by a no-nuke zone, you can't even drop one there.
The Forest is a nuke-free zone
Isn't Morgantown in the Foest region? It gets nuked every so often.
Yes, to clarify; the starter area (basically the west side of the central river in the forest) is the nuke-free zone. Sorry, I’m off my game today 😅
It's me, I'm the A-hole nuking Morgantown, far better farm for nuclear materials than The Whitespring ever was.
The forest and the new area. You can check yourself by going to launch and it will block you from launching in most of the Forrest and the new area just eats it and starts an event
The new area and most forest part because its considered as noob zone. There is a map showing where you cant nuke if you google it
You can also just log out or switch to your second camp if a nuke is coming. Kind of easy to avoid...
It destroys everything that's breakable. But you can just rebuild it all by clicking on the CAMP device. When I was new I built my camp near Watoga. It would get destroyed all the time by creatures. It got annoying after a while, but honestly I didn't think it was a big deal to repair

Destroys it and you have to build up all the resources to repair, all the things. It's huge PITA.
I was devastated to see my bithday cake in shambles
[Someone left the cake out in the rain!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sD-zTwi3_GU)
Only at a low lvl, otherwise its a click and done.
Unless you have those items that need specific things you don’t carry, like crops, boiled water or certain flowers, and now ammo, I guess. Then you look at the repair bill, sigh and go on fetch quests.
It destroys everything into almost nothing but cinders and waste. You have to use a bunch of materials to rebuild everything.
Golden rule mother f@cker
I like how you censored that. Makes me think how lucy wouldn't appreciate that type of language lol.
Was more afraid of catching a random ban. Lol
So Lucy confirmed Reddit Mod?
Can confirm auotmod is actually LODUS or GODUS depending on the framework
Okey dokey!
I think I may have done this to someone by mistake. I was at the Whitespring Mall the other day, and on the ground there was a paper bag of 300+ .45 rounds. I specifically drop legendary gear I don't want to bother selling or trading in myself there for this exact reason.
Usually the event areas are littered with bags of either junk or legendaries.
Isn‘t the junk and especially the legendaries just for members of that event? Or do you mean, players are dropping their legendaries when they are overencumbered even right in front of the door of the Rusty Pick?
They might have hit max scrip. I have heard high levels complain about the scrip limit.

This is like "Goodneighbor" in FO4, except for it's literal.

nah the mall, especially the crafting room, is where lots of people dump excess stuff. bet it was someone without 1st clearing room.

True! Death bags only have junk in them. If it is a weapon, armor, or ammo, they had to drop it on purpose. Legendaries are in those categories. Anything not classified as junk
I wish there was an option, kinda like trading, where you can just directly gift stuff to people instead of dropping it for them to pick up.
This is possible in no man's sky. There's always someone just dropping stuff into your inventory, and you can't even say thanks, cause you just don't know (at least when I played). It's a cool community as well, that one.

Nukes have been dropped for lesser offenses.
War.. war never changes
All he has to do is server hop and press a single button to rebuild completely. No, not too much. Doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.
Heck, they could have just swapped to their secondary camp. Avoiding a camp nuke is super easy.
No, it doesn’t pop up because the storm destroys the nuke which triggers the event.
Thank you! This makes sense!
it's getting caught in the storm the circle on the map shows the fallout zone around the nuke; the nuke doesn't land, so no fallout zone there absolutely needs to be SOME kind of icon or something though
Confused me the first time someone dropped one in my lobby and I couldn’t figure out where it was headed till the event alert popped up
I was going to make a joke about making one of my camps the destroyed version of the same camp at the same location, just to screw with nukers, but that makes me wonder if I could design an ever-shifting maze house with four camps stacked on top of each other and switching between them.
can you put 2 nukes out at once or you nuke 1 spot friend nukes another if needed keep nuking every spot they have until they change server?
Couldn’t they have just left the server when they saw the blast zone
It takes 15mins to launch a nuke and idk anyone who doesn’t have a limitless supply of key cards. It’s not like it’s a big hassle to launch one.
I kill everyone who breaks my locks.
100% correct course of action. Them kids gotta learn.
Nah, that's Wasteland etiquette. Don't be a dirtbag, and you won't get nuked.
Everyone has a little Raider in them. Once the right button is pressed.
Nah its deserved shouldn't have stolen from you
THEFT, LIKE COMMUNISM, MUST BE EXTERMINATED WITH LETHAL FORCE!
I nuked someone in the camp for fun. I think you’re fine 😂.
Perfect reaction. Before I drop anything to new players. I tell them to pick it up instantly. Then thank me later. Plus I tell new players to turn on pacifist mode. If you pick locks at camps you will become wanted.
As extra penitence, may the thief have to recreate a frog jar.
or Milk.
A level 400 hunted you down for like a 5 cap bounty?
It's the thrill of the hunt.
They fucked around and found out
I think you let him off easy
5 Mr fuzzy coins is at minimum 2 daily quests there for me now
War never changes
Wasteland justice is the best kind of justice!
Best laugh I've had all week, thanks OP 🤣
I mean all things considered you didn't do anything unjustified. Ill never understand how anyone gets their camps nuked anyways. As soon as that alarm goes off I check impact zone to see where its going and I never afk while not on a private server just in case ;)
Nta, had a guy steal a gift i dropped for someone else, lucky for me one of the dailies was take over a workshop. Needless to say he had a hard time completing that one. Pretty sure he server hopped after the third unexpected death. Yes, i’m petty af.
Naw. Nuke the trolls. I love that for you
Sometimes I'll misconstrue someone's intentions and pick up a loot bag or gift that doesn't belong to me. When I know, I always apologize and drop the things I wasn't supposed to take. Mistakes happen. But this other player got exactly what they deserved, in my opinion Also, I once was testing out some turrets in one of my shelters. It stuck.
You don't need justification to nuke someones camp. If you want to nuke camp for no reason, you are allowed to do so.
Any annoyance someone causes me I launch a nuke at their base. I have so many keycards I have nothing else to do with.
Nah, you're good. Dropping a nuke on their house was an appropriate wasteland response to their behavior.
Sweet sweet justice
Nuke him again lol
I think I was there when this happened (the world, not the camp) and my friend and I were both wondering what the hell happened 🤣🤣
Nah nah nah nuke it again!
nah nah he got justice. for a costume too? nah. in fact the nuke was too lenient. must protect new dwellers lol.
Fair for sure.
Helped him learn, you did good favor
I assassinated the last guy that stole something I was giving to someone else. Found his camp, snuck onto it with stealth armor, stuck in a corner until he got out of his power armor to craft, one sneak attack crit with a black powder rifle and goodnight. Bro never saw it coming 😴
I love that in Fallout, nukes are in such abundance that they can be used from something as trivial as petty revenge.
Not even a question. Someone intentionally raced to steal a present, opted to respond rudely, then leave. If pvp weren't toggle-able, I'd hunt them till they quit that server.
Best response given the situation
Only response, really.
Ice nuked for less, overpriced plans/weapons, trap camps, etc
I've accidentally been nuked. It wasn't a big deal. My camp spawned right as the blast happened. I remember standing there wondering wtf just happened. My camp was still there. Nothing to fix. Lots of radiation, though. Interestingly enough, I think that weather machine thing I have cleared it up within a few minutes... not sure, and I don't care to test it, but it's possible.
See, this is why you camp in the forest. No nukes allowed, if you're a troll or not
Whatever it makes you happy 😄
I like it. APROOOVED
I mean it's part of the game.
You did nothing wrong sir 👍🤘🔥
W reaction honestly…
Valid
This is the way 🤣
Yep Wastelander Justice!
You still have his name? We can run a 3 silo hit- jk Nah you did a fair throwback. Sheepsquatch costume is hard to come by. I have YET to get it and another hat. You did good.
Fuck him he deserved it
Everone knows that in Fallout, theft is taboo. [Everyone disliked that.]
If you Drop something, anyone can pick it up. Trading is the way you should have done it.
Fuckem.
This was the only correct response.
Nah. You are good. How did it feel to transform into the righteous fist of karma? I bet it was nice.
You taught the dude the meaning of f*** around and find out.
Justice. Justice never changes.
I don't rage quit, I rage rage
I tend to lure away gift recipients to somewhere a little more private -- just 20 steps or so -- if there is a likelihood of other players snagging gifts.
This is fallout, cross someone and your shit gets nuked... they fucked around and found out.
The moment he gave you the negative emote was the moment he made himself a target for retribution. Rest easy. You did the right thing.
I have a spare outfit I think if he wants it
Valid response and very fallout of u
Absolutely appropriate, kindness shouldn't be taken.
Nah, I nuked someone's base because they were being extra annoying with their cremator. Not just annoying by spamming and killing everything, but deliberately shooting at people constantly and blinding everyone.
Embrace charity! Or! You! Will! Be! ERADICATED! - Liberty prime, probably
He stole a gift and you nuked his house. Sounds like a perfectly appropriate reaction to me. Jokes aside he got what he deserved.
Haunt that gamertag and nuke the camp every time you see it online 😬
This game really is perfect. Most interactions are thoroughly wholesome, but if you betray the accepted norms of kindness and sharing, we will nuke you and you will be lucky if you only get one round.
Justice. Well deserved justice
I love that you did that!
100% valid i did the same for my dropped loot. died at the end of an nuke event dude took it all i was nice at first, but he was not, so then i proceeded to troll him then nuked him...Also he looked like hitler so i felt it was all even more valid.
Why give us nukes if we aren't supposed to use them? It's a very solid "If I fits, I sits" argument.
He deserved it, should not have done that. You are definitely NTA.
I've nuked people for less so in my book you didn't do enough
You did good bro 😎👍
Be a cunt, get a nuclear punt!
Perfectly fair, and I'm usually a peacekeeper type.
Good job. The 76 community is one of the nicest, coolest, most helpful gaming communities that I've ever been a part of. When a jerkoff does a jerkoff thing, then they should get what they deserve. This isn't COD.
Justice
It’s time to tell us his name so we can do it again.
No it was infact the correct response. This is the way.
He found out.
Justice provoked
I think they should have picked it up quicker instead of emoting and leaving it on the ground for someone else to take.
Three's a crowd. If I see interaction happening between two players, I stay away. Swooping in like that is a predatory act. Baby birds gotta learn some etiquette.😆
