Yeah no, it’s 800ms so it’s faster than their side heavies at 900ms. It just deals less damage and therefore is ineffective.

it was 1000ms. it was sped up to 800ms.
It goes right into the top heavy mixup so it's not ineffective but it's less damage for more potential damage rather than the guaranteed damage

They definetly did then, I have a rep 22 Kensei and I always punished with side heavy, because top was too slow and was confused like Hell
