I hate that question, I see myself as CEO and firing all the HR that think this question has a meaning.
Once they asked me if I had questions, I was already going to refuse if they offer me and asked - what motivates you to come to work and one of the HR said - I don't know. Exactly, we all do it for money, stop that dick sucking.
