It'll depend on what version of the Chaos gods you are asking about, though both in Warhammer Fantasy and in Warhammer 40k I'd wager that the Chaos gods would have an easy time consuming the Falmartian gods. Take my words with a grain of salt though, I'm not too familiar with Warhammer.
I will say however, since I played a bit of Vermintide 2, that it wouldn't be very pretty for Falmart.
