I’d say so as well. They and the tropical house geckos are EVERYWHERE in FL but I can’t really tell the species apart just by casual observation

Yep, common house gecko. When I lived in FL they were everywhere, very cute and rather friendly. Best left outside though. They can do well as pets but imo wild animals should be left wild unless they need care. I tried to keep one of these and an anole when I lived in FL and after a few days I just felt bad so I let them go.
