I always lose visible weight but I normally put it back on straight away I think it’s all the walking and not eating enough for me

I apparently gained about 1lb over the week, but I think that’s fair enough considering my partner and I went on a street food spree and sampled about a dozen stalls + eating/drinking our own supplies + getting some cocktails from the bars as well. We had been on a fairly strict whole food/weight loss diet for a few weeks beforehand, but figured we’d be walking enough to balance all the extra calorie intake lol
