I apparently gained about 1lb over the week, but I think that’s fair enough considering my partner and I went on a street food spree and sampled about a dozen stalls + eating/drinking our own supplies + getting some cocktails from the bars as well.
We had been on a fairly strict whole food/weight loss diet for a few weeks beforehand, but figured we’d be walking enough to balance all the extra calorie intake lol

Did over 50k steps every day and barely ate, but somehow gained 2kg
alcohol maybe?
Didn't drink overly excessively either - possibly water retention from dehydration!
I always lose visible weight but I normally put it back on straight away I think it’s all the walking and not eating enough for me
