I did ***not*** fucking expect to find Steiner Math in a GT sub of all places. Everyone in this chain of replies has made my day, y'all fucking champs ❤️
Because you haven't gotten in the older one yet for it to cashe the update to the pp rating...
If you jump in them both once, they'll likely even out...
Yep, there was a change in PP calculation a couple of updates past, most likely OP had his white one received before the update and obviously never drove it. Once he drives it they should both be equal
Yep, given then calculation involved with determining PP, they seem to do it lazily (when you go to the tuning screen is when I’ve found they actually update). The cached* value is what you see until then.
Its probably a design to protect against save tampering / basic form of anti cheating. I.e., wherever it matters, the PP always recalculate (which i guess takes a couple of moments), where it doesnt matter, it just uses the last known value (Which will be overriden anyway)
I downtuned a 911 GT3 last night to 650 PP exactly. Did a Porsche Cup race, exited without finishing, then for some reason its PP jumped up by 10 or 20 points and I had to downtune it even more.
that's insane attention to detail. it's a shame that you can HARDLY see the dust or dirt on cars, since i hardly ever notice a difference after car washes.
Yeah. The car wash is the most pointless thing in the game. I would LOVE to use it.. if there was actual dirt in the game. I want my cars to look straight up muddy if I've been doing some rally races
Exactly! It would be sooo satisfying to see the before and after. It's also a visual sign of the fact that you like a car. And *visually* maintaining the car feels a lot better than clicking on the oil change box every now and then
I've got cars setup with an output of exactly 600PP that have changed to 602-603PP since the last update. I'm going to guess you have had the blue car longer than the white one.
P.D. have possibly adjusted the PP output recently and if you enter the setup screen for the blue Mustang it will reset its PP to match the white one.
Either that or someone's been driving the ass off it then clocked it back to zero, that's my best guess anyway!
They updated the PP system a handful of times. The cars’ PP only updates when you get in. I had some cars with 4 different PP, all stock, never driven. Because they were acquired at different times.
Maybe one was bought before the big update, they did change some of the pp's. I noticed that on a car i won at game start and never used, and a new one i bought to do an engine swap and race version, same car 0km and different pp's
That makes sense about the upgrade. I won a Honda Formula yesterday and I already owned one. I went to sell one of them and noticed the PP numbers to be different. I sold the older one since it had the lower number
Might be if one has been recently selected after one of the many alterations to the pp calculations from prior updates. Whereas the other has been sitting idly by untouched
Try to change the oil of the low one on the auto center, also check if tires are the same, and aero kits, also check if you fine tuned the car to limit power, reduce downforces, add ballast, etc int the past
Not all PP's are created equal
The numbers don't lie and they spell disaster
You've only got a 33 and a 3rd chance of winning in that Mustang
I did ***not*** fucking expect to find Steiner Math in a GT sub of all places. Everyone in this chain of replies has made my day, y'all fucking champs ❤️
Steiner Math is the greatest wrestling promo of all time; in my opinion.
This only holds true if you remember to add Kurt Angle to the mix.
It's close, but "Kick your leg out of your leg" still takes it for me.
I didn't expect it either but I do what I must because I can ❤️
That’s “big booty daddy” math
Same, did NOT expect this crossover in a damned GT Sub of all places lmao
What would happen if a third Ford was added?
your chances of winning drastic go down.
See normally if you go one-on-one with another Shelby GT350R ‘16 you have a 50/50 chance of winning, but….
Of course the white one is smaller…
The BBC (Big Blue Car) is bigger.
That’s what she said
The only right answer
But some pp's are more equal than others
Lol... Well done 👊🏽
That’s what she said

I’ll give that a crack and see what happens. I’ve probably sat in only 2% of my entire collection.
Did you try it yet? I'd suggest looking in the set up menu... maybe one is fitted with hard tires, one with mediums...
I just tried it. Sat in the white one, no change. Sat in the blue one - my PP immediately shrunk (heheh) to 571.29. Mystery solved!
Giggity

To determine the PP you need to take into account the length, width, and yaw, according to Randy Marsh ![gif](giphy|RRpaPGIlCRXuAZ6IZQ)
I downtuned a 911 GT3 last night to 650 PP exactly. Did a Porsche Cup race, exited without finishing, then for some reason its PP jumped up by 10 or 20 points and I had to downtune it even more.
blue makes Mustangs faster, duh
Changing my Mustang's color to blue right now!
But Red is faster than blue
Just a question when you leave a car meet how many people died because of your Mustang? JOKE ok only a JOKE
Lol! I meant my Mustang in GT7. I am a peasant and do not own a car in real life.
How many virtual people have you run over while leaving digital car meets in GT?
All of them lol
As a Mustang owner, this meme is so annoying. Now everyone runs out of the way, so it's much harder to run them over.
Thats why they build the Suv one AWD no risk at All because no one Shows up with that to an car meet. 😂
No, man.. it's the racing stripe!
White stripes add more horsepower. It’s science!
#SCIENCE!!!

i’m sure the smaller one has got a great personality
Car wash
Both cars are sitting at 0km so it doesn't look like they've been used
The cars in you garage collect dust after a while of not using them.
that's insane attention to detail. it's a shame that you can HARDLY see the dust or dirt on cars, since i hardly ever notice a difference after car washes.
Yeah. The car wash is the most pointless thing in the game. I would LOVE to use it.. if there was actual dirt in the game. I want my cars to look straight up muddy if I've been doing some rally races
Look at some cars after 24H of Le Mans... if your cars would look like this after, say 20 races... it would be really cool.
Exactly! It would be sooo satisfying to see the before and after. It's also a visual sign of the fact that you like a car. And *visually* maintaining the car feels a lot better than clicking on the oil change box every now and then
Yesss, oil, dirt, the streaks down the side of them.
Tires change the pp slightly
Tires are one of the more significant changes
If they are confort they don't change much
I think the gt350 comes with sport tires stock
Yeah Racing Soft tyres give most PP boost.
Some pp are beeg some pp are smol
Blue paint is lighter obviously
Of course, it's light blue
I have the most different pp.
They have surgery for that now I think
White paint is the heaviest paint, not sure if GT is accounting for that & being dramatic from some error
Everyone knows that white stripes makes your car faster
They were called ‘go faster stripes’ for a reason!
PP on the left is smaller because it was cold when they were measuring it. ;P
I WAS IN THE POOL!
PP very soft vs PP hard
I'm PP Medium and I'm proud
It's not the size of the PP it's how you use it.
I've got cars setup with an output of exactly 600PP that have changed to 602-603PP since the last update. I'm going to guess you have had the blue car longer than the white one. The colored ones have larger PPs.
👏👏👏
Did you add any parts to one that will change it
Genetics
One pp is bigger
White PP is usually smaller
Blue is obviously faster
Sometimes maybe shit, sometimes maybe good
Blue is a faster color.
Blue is faster
Maybe one was bought before the big update, they did change some of the pp's. I noticed that on a car i won at game start and never used, and a new one i bought to do an engine swap and race version, same car 0km and different pp's

Blue is faster than white. Confirmed.
The liquid blue paint is smoother and generates less drag, obviously.
Try to change the oil of the low one on the auto center, also check if tires are the same, and aero kits, also check if you fine tuned the car to limit power, reduce downforces, add ballast, etc int the past
Oil change needed?
At 0 km?
Phahah well spotted. I have no idea then! Premium colour? :D smoother less turbulent less drag? :D
Is This Where We Make THAT Circumcisions Joke, About How The 1 IS . . . & The Other ISN'T 😉 . ?
I just got circumcised actually - anyone in the market for a fan belt?
raceism
Because Blue means fast.
One got a hawk tuah and one did not.
Blue Mustang is circumcised.
So it doesn't have a hood anymore? Lol
Oil change?
What’s pp??
pp for man
Maybe you changed something in the setup of the car? Downforce directly affects PP.
I think everyone had same thing with Fit Hybrid. And another question: do you modificated the car?
Tires
Blue and White has more 'MURICA!!!!
The Rims, the oil, the engine state. Or just The One
"Aerodynamic of color" https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ?si=A4iFMMY-EpuPh7Eh
White racing stripes are faster
The darker paint heats up the engine a little more, makes it faster.
Ones got softer tires on.
hehehehe pp -B
Because it’s blue
It’s not the size of the PP that matters. It’s how you use it.
Because everyone knows blue is faster than white Just kidding... idk
White paint weighs less!
The color blue adds more downforce
![gif](giphy|ruZVTCF9l16xn9xfs3)
Blue has slightly better tuning than the White
the blue one has white racing stripes
Color matters
Because red white and blue RAAAHH🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🦅🦅🦅🦅🦆
Tires maybe?
The comments did not disappoint
I believe that GT7 had an engine break-in mechanic
Color matters
Blue is more aerodynamic than white
It's probably in the genetics.
Racing stripes make you faster.
+5 HP stripes 👍
Why did you think some dealers upcharge by color?
Shiny Blue adds horsepower
Different color
Different color stripes
Blue is a faster color than white
It’s how you use the PP that makes all the difference.
Racing Stripes... give no tactical advantage whatsoever.
It looks pretty therefore its faster
Blue is faster obviously lol
Not the same year one to 2016 and the other ones are 2015 One year maybe they had different suspension different tuning that will make a difference
The Shelby white stripes make any car faster. Every one knows that.
Well the stripes add at least 10 hp. But I don’t know if different color stripes add more horsepower
Called him a rat and then ran away pure clownage
its blue so its faster
Wide body
Blue is lighter or smh
Everybody knows a blue car can beat any white car, any day!
It’s blue so it just goes a little faster
Because white stripes are more powerful obviously!
If you go to your garage and view each car, one of them will change to match. It's some kind of bug I've noticed.
Something like this happened to me I forgot which car I completely ignored it
That’s what she said
Blue paint costs more
Oil change and engine wear?
It's a faster color
White stripes are obviously faster than black stripes duh Don't you know your vinyl/decal hp conversions
Either there was an update that only changed the points on one of those cars or they're on different tyres.
One pp is white
All PPs are different, even if they are the same model
You leave my PP outta this!
Fellow BMW internet friend, we meet under this sub 🤝🏻
Oil change - one has more miles
At the risk of turning this a race thing, white = smol PP.
The color add extra hp 😅
Because the stripes are white
If this is what gives you sleepless nights then I envy you...
Because of the different colour
the rims and/or bodywork
