Carry anyway. Worst case, they make you leave

bulletsnbikes

Depends where Riverside is. It's a misdemeanor in Illinois on hospital campus.

comunism_and_potatos

Fucking Illinois. We need to loosen up jeez

StchLdrahtImHarnknaL

I don’t think criminals give a toss about misdemeanors.

Dependent-Ad1927

Damn really? That's wild

wow86

This one's in Virginia

HaikuPikachu

Just don’t go into the MRI imaging area

Complex_Fish_5904

Unless you have to use that firearm in self-defense. You could potentially end up in prison for an otherwise justified shooting simply bc of these anti-carry laws/rules

Jimmy543o

Always remember your personal safety and/or your family’s is your responsibility. To a person with bad intentions this sign means nothing. I hope those who carry understand this?

No_Object_7223

The people that put that that sign up would literally step on your dead loved ones just to escape the death pit that they created!!

Dolomight206

Really real. Should really go without saying.

minig646

POCKET SAND

andrewthehandler

They never said anything about knuckle dusters or swords🤷🏿‍♂️

BigBo1Pat

“Parry this you filthy casual !“

warddo1

I am not surprised since it's a hospital

Complex_Fish_5904

So far in the last 2 years in my area we have had the following happen at 2 of our local metro hospitals: Rape Gunman walk in Gunman demand release of a patient Kidnapping Several assaults

warddo1

I didn't say that I agree with it I am not surprised by it

Complex_Fish_5904

Oh I completely get it. I wasn't arguing in favor of the policy.

No_Object_7223

WHAT ABOUT SUPPRESSED ACORNS???

Ayakashi_Oni

DarthReece07

like that stops criminals who are planning on committing a crime. what is one tiny fine gonna do on top of a life sentence

ImJustStealingMemes

So I can bring my medicinal radioactive uranium in there?

MikeRyanMurphy

I'd rather be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6.

Acceptable-Face-3707

So what about black powder? Air guns? Bows?

BlueStarSpecial

Hawaiian Slings, replica Zulu spears, tomahawks…

Substantial-Rub3921

I like the idea that if you get injured you have the right to sue the establishment for not allowing self defense items. Any infringement is anti 2a many weapons are not guns and should also be fine to bear.

Ill-Construction7684

Womp womp I can't read

kuggalotus

These should be illegal except court houses and military bases and government facilities with armed guards and nuclear power plants. Idk where else but not schools with adults and teachers should be allowed to arm themselves with minors High School below obviously minors should restricted. A hospital no there would never be enough guards. It should be saved for places that have to protect you idk how you would make it but a law should come into place that makes sense like this in particular places unconstitutional. Idk where the line is I want it at places where I have to travel to so infrequently. 99.99 of the time I'd not like my right to bare arms away. Idk what would make sense

HaikuPikachu

Honestly the only places it should be legal are the ones that have metal detectors ensuring nobody is armed if they are going to be disarming the law abiding citizens.

dylan1950

I think that if you don’t want to respect the sign stay off the property it’s the same as no shoes no shirt no service

kuggalotus

Nah it shouldn't be allowed unless necessary this isn't about feelings it's about your right to stay alive and defend yourself.

dylan1950

Don’t go into the establishment if you’re that worried for your safety it’s about rights right? The store has every right to not allow you in because of your firearm it’s not like that’s the only (we’ll say grocery store) to go to you can always go to one that allows you to carry

StchLdrahtImHarnknaL

Do you think someone who means to do harm gives a shit what the owner of the establishment thinks? Do you think the owner of the establishment is gonna have the balls to talk to a man telling him to get out of his establishment with a gun pointed at him?

dylan1950

Freedom is a double edge sword you have the right to Cary they have the right to refuse guns in there store of course a criminal isn’t going to care but that’s besides the point

StchLdrahtImHarnknaL

The thing is the moment shit hits the fan they want a gun or someone with a gun to save them

StayStrong888

Tell that to the criminals first then we can talk about disarming the citizens. Oh wait, you can't. So fuck off.

Crystal_fucker

gonna pull up to the function with my RPG

Tactical_solutions44

I thought the last one was a fleshlight ☠️😳

jaztub-rero

Death by snu snu

spinichiwa2868

Concealed is concealed.

[deleted]

I dont carry a gun. Its a cordless hole punch.

wow86

True

Hadron86376

They never mentioned hellfire missiles

NapalmTheCommies

Sounds like they want a mass shooter to kill people

iredditshere

Doesn't looks like law to me... carry on.

rb109544

They didnt say boomerang...

constritium

Any establishment has the right to create and enforce an internal policy. The policy being stupid is another completely separate issue.

StchLdrahtImHarnknaL

Sure, but unless you are under contract with them those policies mean Dick as they don’t relate to you

SonOfKarma101

I feel less safe with That sign around

Benfts

Place looks like a rehab lol.

Paul_123789

I wouldn’t mix guns with medicine in Ohio. Good way to get red flagged by activist medical management.

lurkdog14

no problem i got my nunchucks

Zestyclose-Hunter-66

Weapons of opportunity mode: engaged. "Ma'am, this isn't a knife. How crass. This is my EDC hospital shank. You know, for when knives aren't allowed. "

Status-Property-446

I am assuming the store would be liable if I were assaulted/killed while inside, right?

guerrillarepublic

Mearly a suggestion in my eyes

Michael19681

Sorry I didn't see that.

OrganizationPutrid68

It is my opinion that if any establishment denies you the ability to defend your own life, that establishment should be legally responsible for your safety.
