I'm leaning toward no. They'd never involve a Slytherin, so they're out. I think Neville wouldn't let anyone in on the Room of Requirement unless he knew them well. If the Carrows knew, they'd have somehow blocked it or just guarded it.
Maybe someone snitched about them being up to something, but I don't think anyone in their resistance ever did.
Can not remember the exactly, but they wanted the room to prevent Anyone who wish to harm cannot enter. So room prevented them to enter. Also, at least one people always stayed on the room. So it won't open to anyone else. They pretty much make ut treachery proof.
