I like the athleticism in Ware and Johnson. We lack athleticism outside of Bam. Jaquez and Jovic are decent. But outside of that we need guys who can play on the break. We have a good defense but can't run the break.
I'm glad to have an actual 7-footer protecting the rim bam is great but I think he should be power forward cuz he's too small to go up with the better bigs like jokic and porzingus
If he can hang at all it unlocks Bam, and if Bam actually adds that 3 point shot that we saw glimpses of last season... Even without any other changes (and Scary Terry back healthy) we are a different, and better, team than last year!
If they follow the trajectory of most Heat undrafted players over the past decade we won't know much of anything until next season. Someone like Pullen might look good in the summer league and get the fans all excited for a day or two.
They might all work out spectacularly but when it comes to next season I think the guys to follow are Jamal Cain, Swider, or Williams. If history is any indication one of those guys will break out this season and become a mainstay in the rotation.

A couple rookies & internal improvement clearly isn’t enough to make an impact in the short term. Guard defense is still a major weakness. The lack of a true starting PG is concerning. Bam/Jovic/Ware probably shouldn’t be expected to take on the elite frontcourts of the league. And there’s still a lack of primary scoring on the roster.
To me, the only trade that actually fixes some of those problems is a Trae Young deal, who isn’t even definitively available. And even if he is available, he “doesn’t move the needle” for this team anyways.. /s. So I guess Rozier needs to overcome his limitations and be a starting point and Herro needs to take the major leap into primary scorer and finisher and we’re good.

He's already 230 pounds maybe 10 more will do, 20 will hamper his athleticism I think and just needs to get stronger/tougher.
