my sweetie made them, i don't remember what the top shelf slab was, maybe poplar.. but the floating mantle middle shelf is black walnut.
he also made the walnut desk & bench under the shelves, he was making it when I met him 5+ years ago.. let's just say it is in the top 10 things that i fell in love with him over. we have a very blended style & creative desire, which i am so grateful for!♡
How is it that your plants can be out wherever even though you have a cat? Do you not discover tiny bite marks in the leaves? Have you never woken up to the sound of a pot shattering in the middle of the night? All my plants have to be in terrariums. I even bought plastic decoys to keep the gremlins busy. No amount of training will deter them.
