Yeah I went to school with a kid this happened to. 3 brothers went swimming down at the dam and the two younger got stuck at the bottom, held down by water. The oldest brother could do nothing but watch and call for help. They died hugging each other, terribly sad.
this is a terrifying image that makes me wonder if these poor people survived. Low head dams are "drowning machines".
