London drugs has a great section of non alcoholic drinks! I really enjoy the Atypiq cocktails (G&T, amaretto sour, mojito). All are around 60-70 cals and not too sweet.
Yes, I am pregnant and these have come in clutch! The best non alcoholic beer so far has been the Corona Sunbrews and the Sunsetter Peach Non Alcoholic Ales 🍺
I don't drink so I have tried many beverages. If you want a bit of a European flavour, try Warsteiner. If you like a dark beer, Guinness Zero is as close to the original as you can get.
Not cider specifically but a lot of grocery stores (think save on food not huge like Walmart) will have local stuff. I know karma is a big one that does cocktails but also non alcoholic sparkling juices that look like they’d be a cider or canned cocktail
24 Hour Snacks on Bernard has a wall dedicated to NA drinks including wine, beer, cider, mixed, and even "spirits" - It's not the best bang for your buck relative to grocery options but has lots of selection.
Independent or Superstore have some pretty good NA drinks. The President’s Choice bubbly wine and ciders are pretty good (although the they’re a bit sweeter). Safeway has a good selection of NA wines called Gruvi. The dry secco is really good if you’re looking for something not super sweet.
I don’t know where you buy them but Lass Chance has great drinks! And they’re local! They’re like fruit juice and seltzer but very mocktail vibes

Good for you! I tend to stick we the good old standard flavoured San Pellegrino in cans. Over ice in a rocks glass with a lemon is pretty good.
