In the 1960s/70s dresses with patterns like these were common for women to buy as souvenirs from trips to hawaii bc hawaii had just been made a state, however I think lana may have had hers tailored because they're usually longer & looser than this but looking up "60s/70s hawaiian dress" will get you some similar results!
here are some that I found that are similar not identical but the same kind of idea

I tried looking for some that are cheaper but they didn’t have the same vibe as these dresses do and i’m not sure what size you wear but here are the ones I found!
The second one may actually be a custom design, but since it is just tie dye, you can find plenty of similar dresses by searching for "tie dye dress". You could even do this yourself with a little bit of work. As for the second dress, i've found a comment of someone who said that it is a vintage "pomare" dress that was tailored for her. So finding the exact print will be difficult, but if you search for "pomare dress", you'll find many dresses with a similar vibe.
The first dress is a vintage Pomare. Lana had it tailored to make it a mini dress (originally it was much longer). She also had the bustline and waist altered iirc. You'd have to get very lucky to find the same Pomare dress, but there are plenty of other similar ones available. The tie dye dress was altered similarly but I don't know the brand.
These are my two most coveted dresses so I feel your pain. Nothing I've seen has come close. If you're in the US you'll probably have better luck vintage shopping though.
Edit to add: not identical but here's a pinterest of an unaltered dress in this style. [https://www.pinterest.jp/pin/667095763527860434/](https://www.pinterest.jp/pin/667095763527860434/)

Here’s another vintage pomare dress that has similar vibes to Lana’s but the website was to sketchy to click on lol
I have a pair of palazzo pants in the same fabric as her tie dye dress,I'm thinking of trying to make a dress out of them. don't know if possible, there's an insane amount of fabric though!

Thank you for looking these up 💕
The thrift store tacks were overfilled with them in the 90s. We called them Technicolor Grandma dresses.
