Any way, I was adamant we would find new homes as soon as possible. 2 years later and they’re still here. I became more attached than anyone🤣 I love my baby boys!
Go to the shelter. Tell them that you saved the kitten from your dog who would eat it if given the chance. Tell them you are afraid to let it go because your neighbor also has two cat-killing dogs.
Your dog will forgive you.

I had the same problem last year. I took in two kittens temporarily until I could find friends willing to take them. It took a couple of weeks (maybe a little longer since I wanted them to go together).

If you are in any neighborhood Facebook groups, post there if possible. You may find more suggestions or even someone willing to take it in.

But we had the same issue. I actually just got a call back from one of the places. Think it was Pet Pantry. Try calling around.
