A more serious cause for watery stool are various parasites/infections, as well as improper temperature/humidity or a bad food item. You said “just”, so I’m guessing this is the first time it has happened yeah? If it continues to happen over the next day then I would absolutely make a vet appt, and if/when you do try to collect the most recent fecal sample for analysis. Sometimes geckos get diarrhea from stress, too. May I ask what your temp and humidity ranges are, as well as what you fed them most recently?

Lazy_Percentage_3333

She’s had watery poops before but not for a long time. They were a normal brown color when she had watery poops. The coloration of the stool today and the last time was a light tannish color. The poop from last time wasn’t watery though just soft. I think it’s the food items since I get the insects from petco. Most recently I have fed her dubias. I’ve fed mealworms in the past but I believe they may be too hard for her to digest because she had tiny poops. The temperature is in the 70’s and will get in the 80s. I mist the tank daily, I need to get a humidity gauge. What would you recommend as a stable food item?

Barotrawma

Right! So crickets from the big chain pet stores tend to be lower quality and often carry parasites. Crickets are an excellent staple food item, but you may want to consider ordering them online. Dubias are good, too. If you did majorly changed her diet today then that may explain the poop change. As for your temperatures, they’re definitely on the cooler side. r/leopardgeckos has a [handy guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/leopardgeckos/comments/x0c0ab/leopard_geckos_an_updated_beginners_guide/?rdt=51515) that includes ideal temperature ranges; you should have a range from 70s on the cooler end to mid-90s in the basking spots. Your humidity may be too high due to daily misting but without a gauge it’s hard to say. As I mentioned before if this continues over the next day then I strongly recommend a vet visit; better to be safe. I hope your geck is okay and just has a sensitive tummy!

She’s a good eater but a lot of times it’s hard to get her to eat. She won’t acknowledge the food she’ll just climb and walk around instead.

Sloth_are_great

Her temps are way too low. Basking spot needs to be 95-100. Warm side should be 88-92. She can’t digest if it’s getting to max 80

Lazy_Percentage_3333

It’s 88 on the hot side and 76 on the cool side

Sloth_are_great

Still a bit low if that’s the highest it gets but I took it gets in the 80s as low 80s. Bring your basking temp up. If she’s sick this is even more important. If it happens again definitely go to the vet. In fact I recommend a visit anyway.
