This is really fascinating to me. I'm also on 20mg of lexapro. I've been searching everywhere for some kind of interaction between lexapro making adderall less effective. Before lexapro a 10mg adderall was perfect. As an experiment I took 60mg the other day. I've never ever dosed near that much. Felt like having an espresso. Something about lexapro is cancelling out the effects of adderall for me.

It’s very strange because we have such similar stories. I went to inpatient for benzo addiction and they put me on lexapro. Felt amazing leaving the facility. Ended up quitting cold turkey, also prescribed adderall and vyvanse. I believe the overproduction of seratonin/dopamine from the uppers is causing the numbness. It sucks because I need the adderall for school.

congratulations on getting into treatment for the benzos. The dumbass hospital I went to to detox before treatment tried to taper me off darkweb shit with 3 days of ativan. Getting down to New Jersey an getting a proper 22 day valium taper saved my ass. Would rather have the adderall numbness though any day over what that lexapro was doing. Idk if youve ever read about it, but look into the methylation cycle. my symptoms on lexapro matched overmethylators almost to a tee.
