The advertisements aren't meant for home buyers or renters. They are targeted to landlords and sellers. Sellers have a lot of face-to-face contact with their agent, so it's a name-to-a-face type thing.

Maybe a photograph of a destitute renter handing over a wad of cash to a landlord or a boomer couple carrying a sack of houses.
