Everyone mentioned Conduit and Will's Pub which will be the best places for metal, but I've been noticing thr S.P.O.T. has been getting more local metal bands over Uncle Lous/Grumpy.
Conduit usually has a really good selection of metal shows throughout the year. Went there in May.
I saw Godflesh at Conduit awhile back. It is a solid metal venue.
Check out Wills and on occasion Shovelhead. Just look at their websites to see who is playing and when.
Come out to Grumpy's at 6pm. Punk/metal gig. I'm filling in for my friend's band on bass. It'll be a good group of people.
