I would suggest a monitor with a resolution of 2560x1440 and refresh rate of atleast 144hz

both of them are in 1080
Then I'd recommend you to upgrade to 1440p. You will notice the difference. If it's high refresh rate, even better! All depends on your budget.

Yep, there's multiple 4K 144hz monitors. You'd be future proofing for decades. But 1440p 240hz is an option. Just dependant on stock availability.
