Not an expert, but ferns tend to crave soil that is constantly moist, yet well-draining. An indoor soil mix is a great choice.
I'd consider investing in a self-watering pot. Keep the bottom reservoir topped up and it will look after itself.
This has worked well for my Maidenhair Fern. I killed three before trying a self-watering pot and my fourth is still going strong.
Ferns are propagated through root cuttings. I don't think that would help here
Try raising the humidity around it. Either put it next to a humidifier or under a cloche or in a terrarium. Misting only raises the humidity for a moment

I’ll investigate a self-watering pot. I’ve never tried one before. Thanks for the tip.
Omg square planter in a round pot 🤦🏻♂️
Brittle Bladder Fern... Wow! What originality in naming plants!! Looks brittle, shaped like bladder and is a fern!!! #🤯
Really they should call it ‘Daily-dose-of-stress’ but that was probably taken.
Also any tips on if it’s possible to propagate it and how?

Great idea. I might try a cloche first if not I’ll finally buy a humidifier. Thanks for the advice.
Very pretty Fern! Best of luck.
