Long story short: don't overwater and have one person on plant duty. I'd cut back all the crispy leaves/stems and check if roots are rotting, repot and let dry and recover/regrow.

Thank you!

Is that potted straight in that pot? I would repot in a larger plastic pot for drainage, if the soil is wet after a week it isn’t draining.

Fair enough! I think I would still completely clean off the roots and repot with fresh soil in a slightly bigger pot, it can’t hurt!

Dry_Warning_3094

i was thinking the same thing, some fresh soil and less moisture would probably help

Viliminder

Thank you! Will do! Maybe a silly question, but how do you clean off the roots?

PopularSalad5592

Not a silly question, just run it under some water :)

Mizzerella

the soil inside your plastic white pot is REALLY minerally its got a ton of build up of salts and minerals. you can see it caked on the sides in the second pic you posted. run clear water through the soil till it comes out clear before you repot. you need to leech the soil and rinse out all the salts and minerals that have built up.

Do you give her any plant food?

Viliminder

No. Is there I certain type I should be giving her? How often do you give them plant food?

I've had really good luck with Fish emulsion fertilizer, my personal favorite brand is Neptune's Harvest. I use it every other watering on my plants and they seem pretty happy with it

At least once every couple of weeks in spring and summer. In winter once every couple of months. I’m in Australia and I use foliage focus (I’m not sure whats good where you are, but anything will be helpful) just be careful not to give a strong dose. This might also be a reason you’re not getting any flowers. I’d repot her, don’t upsize too much, get her in some good light and give her some plant food and hopefully in time you’ll see it bounce back.

Mine needed fertiliser, all I had on hand was orchid fertiliser (Yates, I think). I gave her a dose of that, and a week later she shot out 5 flower buds.

All good advice, I'll add to check the roots for any that are soft and mushy, trim those back to healthy root after cleaning the soil off. Spray the roots with peroxide, don't rinse. Repot in a nursery pot no bigger than 1-2" larger than the root ball. When you water, remove the nursery pot from the decorative pot so the water drains, water thoroughly when the soil is about half to 3/4 dry. All of this may cause some shock, so it may droop but it will come back.
