Honestly my gameplay is pretty basic! I send some gifts, take over local gyms, catch some mons and spin some stops, that's about it. Haven't done anything new apart from travelling to new places every now and then and sticking my pokemon into gyms there.
Maybe it's just the increased exposure in various gyms that eventually caused it. But yeah, surprised no-one's had an issue all these years lol. Oh well, onto the next variation!

Wow. The people that make up those kinds of names are the reasons I couldn't name one of my Scatterbugs from their point of origin, like I do the rest. I was just trying to name it after the Japanese prefecture Niigata.
I have worked in game safety and moderation, and sometimes the list of banned terms / slang/ slurs and also the substitutions that are trying to get away with subverting the list gets updated so even if someone didn’t report you, they may be working with a new list.
I know somebody who has Facebook's list of bad words and they have the list posted in their groups. They Update the posts when needed.
Does that mean someone from FB gave them the list directly?
One of the things is these companies sometimes contract out this kind of work so it could be a leak from one of these second companies. Or yeah, it could be an internal leak. I haven’t done that kind of work in a while, but those lists used to get updated and it was part of our job to do it because people are always creatively trying to get around the filters.
Tbf, I think they know a lot of kids play. Your first name didn’t really have a work around but the second one does. Kids would really just think you’re asking what their meowth does. Adults would get it. Fair play I say.
