Sharing a small milestone in the sustainably paced journey that I have undertaken to enjoy my life without any roadblocks. I am a regular at the gym now, I am walking 10k steps everyday, I am showing up for myself. Me, the girl who used to invent REASONS to never see the inside of a gym. Me, who used to binge eat to overcome difficult feelings. I know I have a long road ahead of me but for the first time, I am so excited! I’ve tried to keep the before and after photos as close as possible in terms of the composition.
Kudos to you girl! I want to say that is exactly how it happens! Those changes in yourself you are noticing will build up and you will be 100 lbs down before you know it! I started my journey over 300 lbs and never thought I'd enjoy working out....I always ate so much food! I had that same thought though, just keep showing up for myself. 3 years later I have a jaw. You are beautiful on the inside and out but I know it just feels different when you believe it about yourself too. Good luck in your journey and stay motivated!
Yeah, you’re absolutely right. I’m so excited for whatever is coming my way. It’s important to commit to my own well being and that’s exactly what I’m doing now.
So excited for you!! Starting is hard & you are now a regular?! GOOOOO!!!
It helps so much to hear this kind of story with your honesty (about making excuses, etc.), helps me feel like it is something that can become part of my life too. Thank you & keep sharing!
Kudos to whoever took the picture! Assuming it was OP with the visible phone in hand. That certainly makes a difference in determining and tracking progress by using same/similar zoom and orientation and anchor points of the scene from the "before image."
The progress is noticeable! You got this OP!
Well, I have been walking a lot. I have also been trying to be as regular at the gym as I can. I keep a check on my calorie intake as well. Haven’t been fasting as regularly but maybe will start that soon!
Heck yeah, you are killing it! Jawline is definitely already showing itself, and your ankles look completely different! And there's a good progress everywhere. Keep showing up for yourself, because it's working very well!
You're absolutely crushing it! Your hard work and dedication are inspiring, and it's amazing to see how much progress you've made. Keep shining and pushing yourself – you're unstoppable and glorious!
