One of my recruiters found a block of LoopCV applications. He had many other applicants to choose from and to quote him "if they want to automate their job search, they aren't serious about it." I tend to agree.

as a recruiter, i disagree. work smarter.

Here's the thing. All emails had the same domain, LoopCV. We didn't know to trust the source to email these applicants if we wanted to. Since there was a deep applicant pool, I told him to move on.

that’s a valid consideration. it does make you question who is really on the other side of that email.

Hey guys....these are some valid points that I was considering as well, but after making a little bit of research, I found out that the applications are being submitted only if the match has a certain quality. What's more, you can set up your own personal email instead of using their domain to make the applications. Hope this helps!

I've found Jobsolv really effective for finding jobs. They suggest jobs that match your skills and experience, and the best part is it automatically tailors your resume for each job. It's way cheaper than spending $4,000 on a reverse recruiting service. Plus, you stay in control of your job search, which is perfect if you prefer managing things on your own

There’s also https://first2apply.com/ which takes a different approach than mass auto applying, but rather helping users narrow down only the jobs that they really want and make sure to be amongst the first applicants
