It’s a brand new thing they announced this weekend. It’s a 4 book campaign and it looks like most factions will be getting a new model which will come in a box set.
Oh nice , then definitely a more melee focused character . A lot of our real damage is from spells and working other armies down . Possibly a krox or eternity warden . I'd love another dino mount of some kind too .

That would be cool. I really dig the gitz herald. So a skink on raptadon or saurus on foot herald would be awesome. As much as I would like a Kroxigor, it doesn’t seem like it would fit the theme of a herald. (Being that they aren’t the brightest)

I almost went with OBR as my second army. But decided to go with gitz because they looked so much fun to paint. Now my wallet really hurts with both my armies getting a ton of new stuff at the same time.
If I'm just wishing for literally anything I'd ask for Mazdamundi on Zlaaq, but that's highly unlikely. Much more realistic would be something like Tiktaq'to to help make Terradons not suck.
To this day I still prefer the old metal carnosaur model over the current. It looks mean and unique, unlike the one today which isn’t that much different to the model it shares parts with. I want a real mean mofo that makes my opponent go “Oh shit…”
Sorry to be the nay sayer but don't hold your breath on this. The Dawnbringer crusades is likely the end of edition campaign.
When they did it for 1st edition we got one character per super faction (eg order, death etc) which is exactly what we've got this time around.
The regiments are written to be usable by their super faction too so the Fyreslayer are likely our dawnbringer box.
I do hope I'm wrong though.
Not sure if or when a dawnbringer box for seraphon would be released. But wouldn't it be a little close to the new battletome release, which would not feature the new hero?
Or is that something GW would do?
Otherwise I could imagine Scar Vet and some Aggradon Lancers alongside Warriors.
If it were to be released my guess is some time in the fall or winter. I don’t have the road map in front of me but I think 2 are being released during the fall and one in the winter

New Temple Guard would be nice. I know it’s not a character, but it could be likely!

Can you point me to that bit in the WarCom article? I can only see reference to the 4 Heralds, nothing about other factions getting anything ☺️
