Very weird people are saying that. I'm thinking its going to soon as they are gonna want to release the seraphon stuff before the big cities of sigmar release along side the Harbingers narrative campaign.
The vanguard boxes have been getting closer to book release but some have had delays. I would think in seraphons case they would be at the same time.
Some have released when the next book release was

There's an article at warhammer-community about the Slann starmasters and there's a weird hint in it at the end calling the Slann an "August Kroaker". So maybe the release is in August.

Except it doesn’t call them ‘August Kroakers’. It calls them ‘august croakers’ - lower case. Just the adjective august and the noun croaker.
