I think the original orc was supposed to be the death blade but because this is your first death the orc turned into the tark slayer but he kept his death blade appearance and weapon
Probably. Sometimes, these orcs can get some super goofy appearances when they were meant to have a different title but ended up as something else. I once had a Rhymer with green body paint and some stains around his mouth, while also being a feral trickster. The result was… hideous.
