I think they get this cool and disgusting mouth if you killed them with balefire (fire combined with poison). You can cause it by poisoning barrels and then shooting at it.
I used to have an olog that was named something the red and was wearing wolf pelts that were red. He was my favorite before he betrayed me and got shot by another enemy captain while I was fighting him, I still miss him
I have a guy with yellow paint splattered on his face, which makes it look like he's got a mask. He's also got some on his armour, and overall he kinda looks like a buff goblin from a post-apocalyptic setting.
He also does more damage than any other orc I have for some reason.

Can’t take from a friendly conquest but if you match assault/defence ratings etc. he might pop up. Or in a vendetta if you go hunting in the world.
Start a new game and try to drop a wasp nest and kill an orc that way.
When you're a bit later in the game, it's increasingly harder to get rare orcs. But you can try dropping wasps nests and killing uruks that way.
My favorite was an unashamed pretender. Died to a decoy. Forgot what he was before. Had to shame him to recruit him, he became the unashamed. Best looking boy I had for a while. Died in a tragic accident.
I had one Uruk who managed to betray me 3 times. The first time I killed him, then he came back. So I made him mine again. Rinse and repeat. I was so proud of him

Two of my captains have cataracts in both eyes. One is a Plague-Bringer, the other is Flame of War. They are SICK LOOKING

My Favourite thing to do was to have an Entire Army of Ologs and have them all be Overlords Bodyguard and have me weakest as War chiefs
I did something similar where my lithlad is just ologs, to be more specific machine tribe ologs
