Besides being a fantastic kit, I will unfortunately have to buy one, I do love the Brazilian history we have as well.
Romario, Ronaldo, Alex and Gomes were all world-class for us, and we've had a few decent Brazilian players since then as well. Hope we get a few new ones too, Savio working out for us would've been so much fun.

I don't think non-Brazilians know how big Romário is for us (as a footballer, as a person he can go fuck himself), a lot of people here would argue that he's in the same level of greatness as Ronaldo.
Most people here who can remember him love Romario too (tho nobody including me really knows how he is as a person but ill follow your advice on that one lol)

Just to make it clear, he was never caught in a corruption scandal or anything like that, people are just mad about his positions, although he has some good positions that anyone can agree with, mostly against healthcare insurance and stuff like that.
For those who don't know, he had a daughter with down syndrome and he completely changed as a person after that, most of his agenda as a politician is in the healthcare area, both public and private. Then obviously as a politician he has a say in a lot of other stuff, that's where most of the hate comes from, but compared to the regular career politicians we have, I don't think there's anything particularly bad about him.
Yeah, the main issue is he supported Bolsonaro, AFTER he basically killed over 500.000 brazillians by not doing shit during the pandemic (some people say he did it on purpose), among many other stupid things. Romário is part of a ultra conservative party in Brazil. For someone that had his life so impacted by a daughter with disability, a minority, it's surprising he joins people that say minorities don't matter.

I'll always love that, and I'm not sure how the story goes exactly, but Romário had a good relationship with Hiddink and eventually Hiddink moved to Valencia. PSV had everything in place for Romário to move to Valencia, and thus organised a friendly. Romário played, did what he had to do, and after the game he told the directors or whoever that he knew what was going on this whole time and that he had already signed with Barcelona.

Heurelho Gomes was cult-hero level loved at his time with us. At one point he wanted to leave at the end of his contract and there was an actual fan petition to try and have him stay. He did leave shortly later for a pretty big fee but every season he was with us we won the title and in 2007 came extremely close to a CL final. Same goes for Alex
Gomes in the Eredivisie was probably one of the best keepers in the Eredivisie of all time, at the very least of this century. It's a shame he never worked out as well abroad, but he seemed to be a huge confidence player.
He was absolutely catastrophic for us. Easily our worst keeper in the PL era bar perhaps Vorm who was a backup anyway.
He wasn't terrible at Watford though
