Sofi has an ad on their homepage for users to come here (even has the little Reddit guy in it) and tell them what they think. So, yeah. People are coming here to tell them what they think.
Oh jeez. You must’ve had to be really behind on money because you’d be missing out on the opportunity to sell and then withdraw which would take you a couple of days right? How do you do it? I mean, you have all your money in investments?
Oh, so talking to the company privately is going to spread awareness and potentially enact change as effectively as public discussion? Because last time I checked, companies care more when their reputation is on the line.
Ah, the 'grass isn't greener' defense, the last refuge when you can't justify the issue at hand. Are we talking about SoFi, or are you auditioning for a philosophy course?
Because absolutely no other bank has had issues with their apps and no way to access your money (you didn’t hear of the Greenlight problems very recently?)
My DD went in fine. Invest outage all day is however unacceptable. I don’t trade options or time sensitive plays, but if I did I would use Robinhood. I’ve never had an outage with them. I have a very small amount of long term money in SoFi invest and this still makes me crazy. They are going to shatter the reputation that they are desperately trying to build up. This is not good.

Robinhood lost tons of users because they deliberately had outages so users couldn't trade and they would make money. They are very scummy.

Absolutely unacceptable error without any follow-up email or explanation by SoFi. Lost money throughout the day = now looking for more reliable platform. SoFi should offer compensation to users for this epic blunder!

what a day, lost money, missed opportunities. couldn't offload options that i wanted to get rid of.
My direct deposit is also nowhere to be seen, and it is always in my account by now. They are clearly having issues with more than just invest
Probably the holiday
It’s odd because I just signed up for SoFi last week and just got my first ever 2-days early direct deposit about 30 minutes ago.
I also haven’t gotten my paycheck
Talked to them they claim everything is normal with DD, maybe it's just delayed due to the holiday
Thank you 🤞
They being having issues with direct deposit since last week 😡
Had no issues last week with DD, received like usual
Me too. I got my DD the same exact time as my last paycheck 2 weeks ago
Hmm.. I got my DD as usual. No issues.
I got my DD today at normal time, but my invest still wont load
Dear god this subreddit is pathetic sometimes. Voice your concerns to the company not people on Reddit.

Every website and app will have issues and go down periodically. it's a part of life.
I guess your fine with your bank not giving you access to your money all day… thats what happened with SoFi today.
You keep all your money in investments? Lol. Banking working just fine
Why do you enjoy being a lifeless bot
Bots don’t type like this kiddo. Learn to be smarter with your money. Lol
See that is funny. That proves you are a bot. Learn to live a life for once stop being a follower. Lol
Wtf are you on lol
It’s an analogy. People have money in investment in case you didn’t know that.
That’s not an analogy bud.
Okay. I’ll listen to someone who just found out people keep money in their investment account. Crazy concept huh? Lol
Not the point. I asked if you had all your money in investments you’re ignoring the question
Actually the point is, you can’t even have access to these funds in your investment account the same day; EVEN if there was no outage. Lol
You wouldn’t be able to even if you sold… there is clearing times.. lol
Oh jeez. You must’ve had to be really behind on money because you’d be missing out on the opportunity to sell and then withdraw which would take you a couple of days right? How do you do it? I mean, you have all your money in investments?

Fidelity has been down multiple times past 30 days bud.
I think your Fidelity comment got lost and ended up in this SoFi discussion. Should I send out a search party or do you want to get back on topic?
Ahh you’re one of those people who can’t look at 2 things at once sorry. Maybe Reddit and critical thinking aint the best thing for ya.
Your Fidelity comment has zero to do with our discussion on SoFi. Are you multitasking conversations too?
Look at everyone’s comment bud. It’s all I’m going elsewhere. Other brokerages have this issue as well. Lol
Just because other brokerages have issues doesn't make it relevant to a conversation specifically about SoFi.
Lol it’s called perspective bud. Grass isn’t always greener.
Ah, the 'grass isn't greener' defense, the last refuge when you can't justify the issue at hand. Are we talking about SoFi, or are you auditioning for a philosophy course?
lol umm Reddit has become a.. come here and become a scum platform from a voice your opinion and build a community platform
It's back up now
Because absolutely no other bank has had issues with their apps and no way to access your money (you didn’t hear of the Greenlight problems very recently?)

Same on long term investments, luckily I'm not retired if I was I'd be fearful after this.

Lol many trading sites were down today
>Lol many trading sites were down today Ah, so it's a 'the more, the merrier' situation for trading site crashes now? Comforting.
Lost so much money due to this. Lawsuits incoming
On big sell off days these subpar trading platforms always go down so the big players can get out leaving the plebes holding the bags
Sofi 🤬😡
House of cards falling, /r/sofistock in shambles

How hard is it to fix a UI issue? It’s been down all trading session.
This is the problem when you consistently lie about features coming out soon. How are we supposed to trust you now?
Could mean that apex or some other connecting platform is down
Isn't webull run by Apex? No problem
