They're a bit too high imo. They sell the same stuff as others like 10 bucks higher half the time. Like they have Blue arrow for 30 an eight right now. High profile is selling the same for 20 an eight. That's a high markup.

That’s cool, I understand why people might avoid it for pricing, I honestly didn’t compare pricing because I shop their sales and I will pay a little more for a good experience with customer service, but I know a lot of other people just get it and go, it’s not about the experience.

Yeah I'd personally like they just don't talk to me and hand me my stuff like the regular pharmacy does lol. I actually really dislike customer service interaction. I wish we were kinda like Japan in that regard. More unmanned lol

The STAFF, as people, are amazing for real! Can’t thank Jen, Brian and the others enough. I’m not a fan of their ipad system AT ALL. It feels scummy and unnecessary and it’s extra work for the customer. I have to put in my own order at a kiosk, search the bud I want, and then they stick it in a bag and charge me without me seeing it. I want to see the product every time. I want to know what terps are listed, if the THC percent matches what listed etc. DONT GET ME WRONG: If you just ask the budtender, they’ll show you the product. So there’s really no harm no foul here, but in the end it just feels weird that they normally stick it in the bag without showing you. Almost every other dispo walks you through your purchase showing you each item one by one. I believe that it has something to do with their online ordering system. It takes extra steps for the customer to do this, so why are they doing it? I think that every transaction gives them an online order and for some reason they want those numbers up. It’s the only reason I could see them doing it like this… unless they just want to keep people out of their bud room, but that doesn’t really compute to me. Just my 2 cents.

Oh I haaaate the forced pre-order system. I choose other dispensaries because of this. If I wanted to make a pre-order before getting my product I'd make an order for the drive-thru. I go in to dispensaries to interact with budtenders and hear what they have to say about stuff. The iPad system neutralizes that entirely.

Most dispensaries use the iPad these days, regardless if it’s the budtender holding it or the customer. But hey, that’s cool! That’s your opinion and you are super entitled to it.

Absolutely! It’s a tiny dispensary, so the process is a little different bc of how limited they are on space, but it’s the interactions with the staff that keeps me coming back.

they tend to just have higher prices than anywhere else so i rarely go to them x.x route 66 used to be fairly cheap but even they've raised their prices enough that it's not worth driving to that side of town for bud anymore.

I second this. When I was partaking Terrabis was my home dispensary. Great staff, drive thru is excellent, online ordering etc etc. Very happy with them!

Green light is the same way. So helpful and considerate without overdoing it. I shop sales at Terrabis when I feel like trying new strains. But I buy my alien Mintz and jokers candy at Greenlight on Garage weekends! These days prices matter! Especially for top shelf stuff

This is my go to generally; Greenlight is competitive and better pricing imo. However, its a quick in and out through the drive up only. I like friendly folks and appreciate suggestions but value prompt service most of all.
