I loved touring Washington D.C, cause out of the blue, a squirrel would hop out and brighten your day. And of course, I had nuts in my pocket. I felt bad for one, cause it was hurt/had balance issues, so he got most of my snacks.
And I saw my first white squirrel in D.C, and I walked 20 minutes in the rain just to see it, telling myself the entire time how stupid this is, cause it's not going to be out in the rain. But it was. And like a dummy, I didn't even have nuts on me, but I had pop tarts, and it didn't really like those. :(
Haha I remember this story. I was at that same park walking to work. You were there at around 8am and I walked through the park around 9:30. We missed each other by like an hour.
