My cast would be Tony, Burton, JT, Stephen, Cochran, Spencer, Hunter, Jonathan Y, Russell Swan , Rob, Devins, Jonathan P for the boys and the girls would be Stephanie, Sandra, Taj, Parvati, Amanda, Cirie, Kelly Wentworth, Dee, T, Abi-Maria, Natalie Bolton Swap ins can be Randen and Bruce, or Kellie ( 45) or Carolyn. 4 tribes of 6 swap at 18 to 3 tribes of 6 swap at 12 to two tribes of 6 Merge at 10 fire making at f3.
39 days, 16 people, merge at 10, merge boot doesn’t make jury, and if returning players, a mix of American and international players. Also, ideally no HIIs, but not a ton of them at least
If I had total control of survivor I’d do what I thought the new era was going to be, and make it actually unpredictable!
Season to season would have different themes, no themes, 3 tribes, 2 tribes, exile, journey, beware advantages, open idols, vote lose dynamics… all in moderation, so nothing is ever oversaturated but just enough in the game to make the players worry what may come next, what else may be in play
I’d also bring back what made survivor so popular and that’s the basic votes, of course idols and advantages (in moderation) will be in play, but I wouldn’t spoil a proper merge vote by just splitting the tribe back up into tribes, or having half the tribe be immune (maybe as a twist this can happen)
And finally, I’d try to diversify locations, even if it’s still in Fiji just using different islands, different beaches, work something with the Fijian government to give us new life visually, new color schemes for tribes
It would be a very detailed season. I couldn'tlist everythinghere., but it would include unique twists like triple trible councils. But. Exile is back not just a 3 hr journey... an actual merge, a final 2 and most importantly, NO FORCED FIRE MAKING lol.

All advantages have a limited time clock. Starting advantages expire at swap(2 idols 2 extra votes) swap advantages expire at merge (2 idols 2 extra votes) merge advantages expire at final 8 (2 idols 1 extra vote) final 7 advantages expire at final 5 (1 idol 1 extra vote).

Mergeatory would be different, after the final premerge tribal council, both tribes would meet at tribal council. Each tribe would elect a tribe leader. These 2 players would select someone from their own tribe, and someone from the other tribe to also be immune. These 6 players return to camp. The remaining 7 vote for the first member of the jury. The following morning is the merge feast.
