I’ve always liked Desi from HvHvH. She was a beast of a player which is probably why she was targeted as soon as she was. But I think people won’t remember her as much so she could play a better adaptable game.
Think this is the best answer, understands modern survivor as well as anyone, but actually has the personality to execute.
Most people only have one or the other.
Angelina. She's shown that she's very selfless when she sacrificed her shot at immunity for rice for the tribe. She's crafty with her extremely believable fake idol that Alison found. Although her persuasive skills were not good initially when she attempted to get the jacket, her rice negotiation with Jeff really makes me believe that she will get that jacket if she were to return. Finally, she's very good physically. I mean, she climbed a 50ft ladder to find an idol for crying out loud! If she's willing to risk her life for an idol, then she will risk taking a shot at Q. It'll happen boss.
Reed Kelly. I think he's very underrated (he was one "stick to the plan" away from pulling off one of the best moves in Survivor history) and also unlikely to be cast with a bunch of legends around him.
I think the best way I can put it is people largely consider Tony's 4-3-2 split on Sophie to be the best singular game move by a player in the entire series. The difference is Tony did it while in the majority, Reed was on the outs and was about to pull it off. It would have been even more impressive.
Michele
Because either I can survive and watch the motherquake that led to her second win…
Or be executed and die happy after watching a motherquake as she makes FTC
Jay needlessly blindsided someone completely loyal to him, voted correctly once, and was strung along as an also-ran until getting owned by a fake idol.
None of the four votes he had were ever going to Clay and he knew that (unless Helen would have been allowed to watch the show before voting.)
Does it speak to his arrogance? Absolutely. But he’s smarmily effective.
I think Amanda is statistically due for a win. Her defensive awareness is too good not to make another deep run and she has an extra decade plus of life experience that hopefully will translate to a better FTC.
Believe it or not when I make Brantsteele's I usually do follow the BIPOC rule. But in this case, as you know, I was just using the names cited by others in this thread. Relax. It's not headed to production. There's no liberal secret police coming to arrest me for my fantasy cast.
My forever Survivor love. My partner had never watched Survivor, so we've been going through some carefully curated seasons over the past few months-- we're on SJDS right now and just watched her boot episode. I mentioned that she returned a couple times in subsequent seasons and my partner went full Michael Bluth "...her??" so I had to explain her social media campaign to get cast on Cambodia. We'll be watching that one next and I'm sooooo excited for him to see her in all her witchy Andrew Savage life ruining glory.
I’m going to go with Julia from Koah Rong. She had really good game sense at a super young age, so by now she’s probably got a very good head for strategy. But her threat level coming into a returnee season would be zero. So I think I’d have at least a non-zero shot of survival
I would consider some underrated players from both the new-school and old-school eras:
Jessica from HvHvH
Morgan from Cagayan
Michelle from MvGx
Shi-Ann from Thailand
Greg from Borneo
John C. from Marquesas
I’m going with Dee, she’s awesome at each third of the game (physical social and strategic), only thing that would worry me is threat level but hopefully it’s legends and she’s around others with a big threat level also
I can't believe there is this much answer variety and no love for King George!
Give us the cockroach of Bankstown sparring with Probst please!!!
Also, because of the cast around this person premise, this would set up an AU v USA on CBS instead of 10play which would inevitably give us a better cast overall. JLP and Probst should play for their teams too. IDK who would host but it would be lots of fun to see.
Jeremy ez
Sandra for me. Always!
Gimme Earl Cole cause I think he could still be underestimated.
I’ve always liked Desi from HvHvH. She was a beast of a player which is probably why she was targeted as soon as she was. But I think people won’t remember her as much so she could play a better adaptable game.
To be fair she did real well in the Challange USA twice so that would be at least a little bit of a target lol
Tommy

Wentworth. And she does count.
I will never get over her idol play. Iconic.
Aras from Panama, one of the most underrated players imo
Low key athlete too. Played D1 basketball. All around threat without raising any alarms.

She can even negotiate with Jeff for your life on the off chance she loses
Did she ever mention the whole rice thing as part of her FTC? I forget. I doubt it; she would be the last to boast.
Reed Kelly. I think he's very underrated (he was one "stick to the plan" away from pulling off one of the best moves in Survivor history) and also unlikely to be cast with a bunch of legends around him.
Yeah that really is one of the biggest what if’s of survivor lmfao

Courtney Yates because my last days would be filled with viewing pleasure
Courtney was relatively close to winning China. I think that if she'd wanted to go back, she'd do pretty well!
Yul
Yul
Yul
Yul
Honestly Tommy
Denise. She’s built for deep runs. I’d go Jeremy for the guys
Kim Spradlin
Michele Because either I can survive and watch the motherquake that led to her second win… Or be executed and die happy after watching a motherquake as she makes FTC
Michele is so underrated
Never voted out queen.
Jay needlessly blindsided someone completely loyal to him, voted correctly once, and was strung along as an also-ran until getting owned by a fake idol.
Yeah, and his gameplay has only gotten messier since he’s been on The Challenge. Helps with the low threat level, hurts any likelihood of a win.
As his gameplay gets messier, his hair gets thinner.
Yet he still looks fine
I mean that's not really the part in dispute.
All that yet he still has like a 50/50 chance of winning if he covered up his puzzle at f6
I’m taking Cody. he’s got a top tier social game, is pretty good physically, and i just have a feeling that if he gets to the end, he’s winning!
Zane Knight
Hannah Rose
Better hope she gets to bring her vape
Keep fighting. Don’t worry, life gets better.
Chris Underwood. Even if he gets voted off I can still count on him to win.
Heidik
Almost lost to Clay
And he’d almost lose when he was saving my life too. But I know I’d be alive.
I don’t entirely get that and yet I still feel like I do
None of the four votes he had were ever going to Clay and he knew that (unless Helen would have been allowed to watch the show before voting.) Does it speak to his arrogance? Absolutely. But he’s smarmily effective.
Matthew, 44
1. I like this pick and think Matthew has a lot of untapped potential. 2. This almost reads like a bible passage. Haha
COCHRAN
Tony
Tony would die of stress knowing your life depends on his game.
Haha valid point
I'm mostly coming up with people I WOULDN'T pick because they are too threatening, but maybe Spencer? Third time's the charm?
Reiman
My choice is Parvati 🧘♀️
Wendy Jo
Werner Joubert, Earl, Tommy
Jesse
I WANT IGUODALA
Vecepia
Stephen Fishbach ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyone but Cirie
Liz (I would promise her Applebees if she wins.)
No one’s picking Maria? 😉
Chris from Vanuatu.
I think Amanda is statistically due for a win. Her defensive awareness is too good not to make another deep run and she has an extra decade plus of life experience that hopefully will translate to a better FTC.
You guys have confidence in vanilla guys and athletic girls. [Looks like a competitive season. But who wins?](https://imgur.com/a/wPw7z2j)
This is awesome.. i’d ride with Amanda. Shoutout Spencer too but with him and Jeremy there, neither survive each other’s threat identification
The POC mandate would not allow anything close to this white of a cast

The LSP has jurisdiction over fantasy reality TV casts, I just looked it up
Bhanu
Dear god I wish to not see him on my tv ever again 😭😭😭
WENTWORTH

Joe,Ozzy or Tyson
Boston rob
Heidik
Davie from MvGenX maybe?
Cassidy.
Tony. Hes a bit insane
Ryan from HvHvH. Second Chance cast maybe or like runnerup cast
Boston Rob. Definitely a huge target but if I had to wager on someone, he has the knowledge.

Morgan, the human pillow?!?
I’m going with Dee, she’s awesome at each third of the game (physical social and strategic), only thing that would worry me is threat level but hopefully it’s legends and she’s around others with a big threat level also
Hannah Rose! Slay queen 👸
lol if you made this thread and said Jay in the challenge subreddit they might ban you 😂😂 funny how different his survivor perception is.
Kim
MACHETE MATT 🗡 as long as he has Abi and Gem to, ahem, take care of any enemies... ⚔️
Broccoli Brad for me
Yul. He got screwed by the swap, and all the people originally were pissed to see him go. Wendell essentially lost the game by doing so.
Michaela from millennials vs gen x. She’s a true fighter fr
Maybe wardog

What the actual fuck lmao
Bob, because I think literally everyone would overlook him
Ozzie!
