Overrated - I love him but Negan
Underrated - Deanna, she was a remarkable leader who adapted when confronted by Rick instead of getting all her people killed or kicking Rick's group out when it would have been understandable
He killed Glenn and Abraham. They didn't suck.
In actuality I like him a lot, but earlier Negan before they gave him some depth was just a little too cartoonish imo.
sasha is underrated and i will defend her until i die. if she has a million fans, im one of them. if she has none, i am dead. if she is sad, i am sad. if she is happy, i am happy. she went through so much shit and her sacrifice is a top-tier moment in the show. her flashbacks with Abe were also really well done, in my opinion

underrated - merel. dont hate me for this but i really enjoyed his character development in the end. he was pretty annoying in some scenes but he loved his brother. he went to help his brother by killing a lot of the governors men.
I love T-Dog but he isn’t underrated. For someone with such little screen time, he’s pretty much universally liked. There’s even a subreddit dedicated to him r/onetruedog
