Guatemala is probably the best value Central American country, followed by Nicaragua and El Salvador.
From a tourism perspective, Guatemala is more well known for its cities, volcanoes, and hiking. I’d think that Nicaragua is more well-known for its beaches. El Salvador is very safe and has great surf.
I think you can easily do high-end Belize, Costa Rica or Panama at a great value. It really depends on what programs, CC points and promotional deals you have access to.
Belizean boutique resorts/lodges regularly run promotions. AND WE SPEAK ENGLISH. Hope that helps.
Guatemala and Nicaragua. Panama is not particularly good value, but probably better than Costa Rica.

I imagine Bolivia is a deal right now….
That’s South America, but it is extremely affordable. However, you get what you pay for.

Mexico is a good value
That's North America :)
Central America is a region of North America.
Still, Mexico is not part of that subregion.
It depends on who you ask https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_geoscheme_for_the_Americas
How about you ask Mexicans?
