I used to go to the chiropractor. My adjustments never stuck. It’s expensive. I kept hearing horror stories. So I bought a foam roller for $2 at a garage sale and am very happy with that. I move my arms all around as I roll it in my back and pop myself. Plus stretching and working out once or twice a week. With that said, I used to go to Move Better Chiropractic. They are nice.

You know your chiropractor is a crook when you go in for a lower back problem and they sit you in a room, make you watch VHS on how chiro can fix literally anything, then the guy wants to sign you up for prepaid year long plan to straighten your neck curve. Davis

I would NOT recommend Chiro one which use to be named Bridge chiropractic. I had reasonably good luck with the following, but hours and trying to schedule appointments didn’t seem to line up with my needs. Barnick Chiropractic (360) 314-2761 https://maps.app.goo.gl/UF2Ye2qQVi1FhcPv8?g_st=ic I’ve had good luck with: Woodland Chiropractic Wellness Clinic (360) 225-5726 https://maps.app.goo.gl/oFCo2g9chVhfiNne8?g_st=ic

You can go to the clinic at the western states university in portland for free but just be aware you’ll be worked on by a chiropractic student if that’s not what you want

If you have insurance that covers it, Vancouver Chiropractic is great for the massage services that may also be covered.

I always liked Todd Ward. Discovery Chiropractic. He's on 99, don't hold that against him...

The chiropractors at Just For the Health of It are amazing!
