Honestly the biggest difference I see is in her eyes. They look horribly sad on the left and you can see life and light in her eyes in the third. The transition is striking.
The gold one is the one for me. The red one was armor to fight the battle of the reunion. The blue one was to show how she had shed her past behind her. The gold shows her reborn, happy and thriving and embracing every part of herself.

I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t like her for most of the show, the way she treated Kristen was fucked up. Yeah, their relationship was failing but their breakup probably would have been different if Ariana didn’t straight up steal her man and then lie about cheating with him to Kristen’s face to save her own. Does anyone believe all they did was make out in the pool at the golden nugget?! She didn’t have to be a bitch about it, but she was, and it wasn’t a good look. Then… she was just…boring. Probably because Sandoval was coaching her and didn’t want to be upstaged.
That being said, watching her redemption arc this season when almost the whole cast, and production, tried to give it to Sandoval instead (failing miserably) is probably the most real reality TV I’ve seen in ages. If she’s not back next season, I’m not tuning in.
I hope she crushes Love Island, then crushes her reprise in Chicago, and finally gets to do whatever the fuck she’s wanted to do for the last ten years while Sandoval was trying to keep her in his shady shadow.

Actually I think the John Paul Gaultier body morphing green and purple printed dress she wore at Hotel Ziggy S11 E 9 is the possibly the best I’ve ever seen her look. Definitely the best in a dress.
