Just remove them. Worked for me. But seriously, maybe take a wider stance. Compression shorts underneath may also help. I grip very narrow (and stand very narrow for that matter), but it’s never personally been an issue, so maybe you are just well endowed.

Hahaha Not quite my friend. I use compression shorts all the time, and this doesn't happen all the time. Just some times. I try to manage and adjust but there are times, rarely, that nothing works.

i have this problem sometimes as well, as a woman. no, i don’t have balls. my pubic bone sometimes gets hit though and it’s a bit traumatic to do a clean.
