Tbf, unless they're cars that have hit stratospheric prices compared to their cheapest, like old Aston Martins, ACs and similar are now £300k+. The old escorts and similar are worth a decent chunk now but to keep them running for all that time or in good storage would've really really racked up the bills.
They have never been a few thousand ever. Evo's have always been expensive. There does however exist a boring base fwd model(also saab 600) a fwd turbo model both non widebody. Then the first integrale 8v widebody and a 16v then evo 1 and evo 2.

Civics have a cult following. Depending on if running costs aren't to bad and you have it in good condition you might be able to sell it for a decent price in the near future.

Within 15 minutes of driving it all of the window winders broke. We had to get some shims to hold the windows up which was an interesting conversation when inevitably I got stopped by the police and asked who’s car it was.

My biggest regret was 12 years ago, a Delorean with only 86 original miles for $20k... 2 years later we saw it in the Australian Automotive Museum, now it's worth stupid money.

He bought it from the same importer that I bought mine from, and I saw this car when it arrived in the US, and it was red at that time. Tyler had it painted blue. Its an Evo, and was a LOT of money, and was in great shape and low miles. When it was red, I drove it to Starbucks and back!
