I'm surprised nobody mentioned the warlock set. I fucking adore it with the imposing eyeball crown, slappy hand shoulders and actual pants.

I just looked and I really like it as a Warlock main. Is it the only one that has a difference in how it looks between raid finder and regular other than a recolor? It doesn’t look like it has the arms in the raid finder version

Assuming you mean the magic arms, I'm pretty sure that's the added feature for the Mythic/Elite versions. So you should be able to add them to the other colors if you get KSH/Cutting Edge/whatever the PvP equivalent is, assuming they carry that feature over from Dragonflight.

Warlock has a sick set also, that’s probably one of my top few to main next xpac

The Hunter tier set from Aberrus was amazing!

Dragonflight is the first expansion that has consistently had mid-or-better mog sets for Hunter each and every content release. (I know I can't complain a whole lot; it seems like Blizzard never designs any set with Tauren in mind, but Jesus hunter sets almost always look like hot garbage on my main...)

The new set looks pretty good on a Highmountain Tauren if you are into wendigo vibes.

I don't think hunter sets have looked good ever. I have a BE hunter i made and have played as my main since TBC and I think DF may have the first set I think looks pretty solid. There were certain pieces here and there on sets that looked good but full sets were few and far between. I liked the SoO cyclops sniper set and the green forgey set from Blackrock Foundry but I feel like outside of some pieces in Firelands, we haven't gotten good full sets. S1 DF was a great cohesive set with a new take an old theme for hunter which i thought was great

Oh man. Back in the day, everybody saying that the cataclysm murloc set was good, sent me into a blind fucking rage. I hated it so much. It looks so stupid, and not to Make it seem like I have this unhealthy obsession or attachment to a video game, but it felt almost insulting to my class. I have had a hunter main since the second half of TBC, and that tear set was just absolutely horrendous.

I love murlocs (to the point where my kid has had a plush baby one since he was a baby lol) but yeah, they’re not like. Serious. It’d be less insulting if they didn’t use murlocs for comedic relief but as it is I understand where you are coming from

Oh man. Personally, I think the SoO set is one of the worst! Maybe it looks good on other races, but I definitely hate it on my Tauren. One that I have stuck with for a long long time is the challenge mode set. It looks so fucking good, especially with the heritage armor totem back piece.

I always thought the T10/ICC hunter set looked nice back in the day, and still do too.

I really like mythic sanctum of domination for hunter. The matching bow also drops there and it looks great with somber dawn as my ferocity pet.

Shaman isn’t terrible if you don’t use the helm or the shoulders. So just don’t go with whatever is supposed to be the most eye catching part of the tier set and you’re golden

There are so many bad shaman sets I've only found a few I like

I genuinely love Druid minus the helmet but I’m a Tauren player anyways so helms don’t matter. The lynx motif is different from the plant/bird/bear we normally get. It feels distinct. Most of the tints are decent too.

This one. I’m pretty excited for it, it’s very clean while still having a cool, class-appropriate aesthetic around it.

Whoever made that set completely forgot it is not visable. It’s bloody fire, but man it is just not going to be a thing unless it has a near total offset, and it also looks tricky to match with *anything* not itself.

If you use the race-change toy you get to keep your mog in combat. Its not a lot, but its enough for me to feel cool during raids.

This is something that's annoyed me as of late, used to be you could put together most if not all of a lookalike set (sometimes missing one or two pieces at most) but seems like as time has gone on, you can't. The transmog enthusiast in me is disappointed.

You can still get mythic appearances via the revival catalyst, or however it'll be called in TWW :) Edit: upgrading hero track items to 6/6 will get you the mythic appearances too, so even heroic raids work for those

Mage or rogue

Mage is very cool, but doesn't have as many 3d elements as I hoped for. Especially on the boots, which look like armor from 2012.

I thought the paladin set was cool until I looked at the shoulders and it reminded me of the little hammer that doctors hit you in the knee with to test your reflexes. Can’t unsee it.

Paladin is all well and good until you actually run around in it, those wings are awful they bounce around and just look goofy AF. Glad I have my go to transmogs to use to cover it up

I really like monk quite a bit. Happy to move back to monk as 1st alt or main for this xpac. Thinking of trying mage as main for the first time.

Imo none of them , but the questing sets , especially the arathi one , it is awesome If I had to choose maybe warrior/monk ? I can see at least some of the pieces looking well on tauren .

Compare the plate set with paladin tier , they are worlds apart . I kinda felt the same with 10.2 , outdoor sets were much better especially if you were druid

Warlock, no doubt

Druid is great. Some of the colours could be more pronounced, but it's still very, very nice. Other than that, the Priest set is great for Draenei/Void Elves.

I really like the Warrior one. Or atleast it is a lot better than what we had in DFS4.:D But I think it looks pretty cool on a Mountain Thane Prot, the mythic version I like a lot.

Whoever designed Shaman’s tier set needs to be moved to a different department. It is possibly one of the worst designs I have ever seen. It physically hurts me to look at it But that Evoker set has me thinking of switching it up

Season 2 DF Warrior set is one of the best sets for warrior in the whole game.

Every plate class gets access to the coolest paladin tier set they've ever designed. And we get it through questing too!

Priest is almost good enough to make me want to play one. Right now the only classes I don't have at 70 is Priest and Monk.

Rogue and maybe monk AND EVOKER. Tbh the pala one....these wings above the shoulder are just bad...the animation is extremely ugly when you run, its just distracting (same when you fight).

I think evoker looks the best. That said, these tier sets range from mid to downright bad, which really sucks

Rogue and Evoker, but due to Evoker armour not showing when in dragon form, it has to go to rogue.

I mean, Evoker looks incredible in all colors but special mention to the mythic set with those shadowflame shoulders. I will get that mog with my alt cuz sadly I main Hunter and that means permanent disappointment when it comes to tier set mogs xD.

Some look incredible and some look really bad. Shaman is just plain bad and looks like it should be a dungeon set from 13 years ago. Warlock and rogue look crazy cool

For the second tier in a row, the best paladin set is not a paladin tier set… season 3 it was the priest set and first TWW tier has an open world set as most paladin like set.

i just came here to say that i’m so glad im not the only one who does this. i choose which class to bring into a raid tier based on how good the tier set appearances are the classes im between currently are druid, demon hunter, and paladin. evoker is nice but i dont know if i could stand to be ranged again, even if its a shorter range
