Idk, i watch cat videos with sound right next to my cats sometimes and besides seeming a bit jealous, they don't seem to give any reaction. I've shown them pictures of themselves too and they don't really care. So i feel like cats would know that it's just a picture of them and that someone isn't acrually trapped in a box.
